So good I went back! Buy with absolute confidence that the item you are buying is a genuine piece of Tiffany jewellery - can't rate this jewellers highly enough! All items immaculate and beautifully presented - one listing said only pouch available, but yet it still arrived with an original box! Service second to none. Brilliant!

Well, I'm amazed to hear people saying that communication was good....this hasn't been my experience. I emailed with a simple query on 28th October, asking for the approx. dimensions of a silver pendant. Received a reply telling me I would hear back that day - today is 30.10.20, and in spite of another email I've heard nothing. A five minute job, surely - including an email (and even less if the dimensions were already recorded somewhere). Pretty poor customer service, in my experience.

Update: Afraid TSC's reply really doesn't cut it. I wrote my follow up email on 30.10.20 half way through the day, and had received no reply at that time, so please do not tell me that you replied before I sent the follow up email, because this isn't the case - your reply was not received until well after my 30.10.20 email was sent.
And I think TSC are overlooking the fact that THEY said the reply would be sent to me "today" - why say that if they didn't intend to do it that day (or the next day, either, come to that)? Quite frankly, I would have preferred a simple apology and an admission they should have replied sooner, having promised they would.
Update 2: For some reason, I'm being sent emails asking me to "provide more information"(?) - the information I've already provided says it all, and I have the original email response from TSC to prove that this was a bona fide experience, so there's no "more information" to provide.

I can sincerely recommend this company for pre-owned Tiffany & Co jewellery! They’re very quick to respond to queries, the ordering and shipping is very smooth. I was lucky enough to find a pair of earrings from a collection that was discontinued close to 10 years ago and am so happy that they had the exact pair available! Love the company and the earrings!!!

I was a bit anxious about selling online and then sending jewellery by special delivery but the whole process was smooth and easy.

Well all I can say is what a great experience.! This was the first time I had used Tiffany'Second Chance as I was looking to sell a diamond Tiffany necklace that I didn't wear anymore and found their details through Google. I completed the on-line enquiry form providing a description of the necklace and uploaded some hi-res photos (which was very easy to do!) and was emailed by Rory - who was very quick to respond with an instant offer based on the description and photos. I had received 3 quotes which were all relatively in the same ball park and although a competitor offered £50 more, I opted to deal with Rory as I felt I was in better hands because of the professional service I had received to that point. I was told that it would be a no quibble offer subject to the article being genuine upon inspection and was asked to send the item special delivery and that subject to everything being as described the money would be clear in my bank account the same day and true to his word, Rory did exactly what he said he would - there was no quibbling about them item i.e. there was no attempt to reduce the offer all (which I thought might be something that happened). I was extremely impressed with everything from start to finish - this is a trusted organisation and of course, carry out your due diligence as anyone would when determining whether or not to send your high value items to someone that isn't known to you and make sure that the insurance on your special delivery is enough to cover the item should it be lost or damaged in the mail (up to £500 is free and increases incrementally thereafter) and providing you do all of that and describe the item accurately I'm sure your experience will also be great. I can only sing the praises of Tiffany'Second Chance and of Rory in particular. The whole process was fair, fast and fluid and I for one would whole heartedly recommend them.
