I cant fit my items in it. Online looks so big. For a few dollars more I would have purchased the larger one. Now Im stuck with this,

They were kind and patient with this senior widow trying to get into the safe her husband programmed. I tried and tried before I asked for help. I was desperate, and they came to my rescue and explained things in a way I could understand. They gave me the printed information that was better and clearer than what I had. They stayed with me until it was open. They were prompt in replying. They also provided a link to purchase the lockout part my late husband didn't include with the keys. I am so pleased with this company and glad that we chose them for our safe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is an exceptional quality safe. Oh, I got the other item I ordered very quickly too.

Random number called me saying they will deliver the next day from 1-5 pm and I agreed. The next day nobody showed up. I called that number to which it goes straight to voicemail every time. The day after (2 days later now), I get a call from a guy delivering the safe. He said he'll be here in 30 minutes. He's here an hour and 20 minutes later. I paid for the "white glove service" which is an extra 150 dollars, and it claims they do all the work. Upon this guy's arrival, he says "oh I forgot my trolley. Do you guys have one?" I said no. When its time to open the box, he says "Do you guys have a box cutter?" Like I literally paid 150 dollars to help open the box, and all this guy does is throw away cardboard. I essentially paid 150 dollars extra just for them to throw away cardboard. This was the most unprofessional experience in my life. The safe has wheels, and them advertising that the safe is 250 lbs so you need a service is false advertisement. Any adult can push 250 lbs if it has wheels. Do not buy the white glove service system, it is a complete scam. The company is also extremely unprofessional.

had an issue when shipping it the first time out. issues were resolved and they sent me out a new safe and made sure it was function correctly. Only have to wait a week due to my scheduling issues.

The product was well packaged and arrived with no problems. Although shipping did take longer than was projected.

I sent info and it took a while to respond. So better faster communication .

The safe looks good but I have had a problem from day one that’s not resolved. The manual key is not working only key pad works. The service keeps sending me videos on how to repair it. I have spent hours trying to do what they say with no luck. The screws and bolts inside the safe are terrible quality. If my keypad stops working I have no way to access my safe contents.

The safe arrived with a loose door that rattles at the slightest touch. I e-mailed customer service who acknowledged that the hinges were improperly set during production, but instead of sending someone to fix it or replacing the safe, they offered to send a noise-reduction pad for me to attach to the door. This is unacceptable for a safe that costs about $990. Now I can't even return since it is so heavy. very disappointed.

We managed to lose one set of keys to our Tigerking safe during a move. They gave me excellent instructions on what to do and what to send to them so they could send new keys. I received my new keys promptly and it a very fair price. It was an awesome experience!

TigerKing provided excellent product at great pricing. Their customer service is responsive and excellent. Presently, I have a total of 4 TigerKing fireproof safes in my home and they operate perfectly always. I even ordered 2 of the fireproof index/storage boxes which also are excellent quality. As a customer, I could have have asked or received better customer service and quality product than what TigerKing has provided to me. Thanks
