This is by far the worst company. They should be shut down. I purchased 2 of the car seats for travel . I paid for express shipping 3 days , as they say they are based in USA. THER ARE NOT ! These products came straight from china. When the products finally arrived a month later they are faulty . The strap is so thin, it just falls out of the buckle . So I check the second car seat and the exact same thing, both faulty.
I don’t know how a company making children's products this unsafe is still running . I have contacted them multiple times . They said it can’t be returned because the return window is 48 hrs . It was maybe 50 hrs out at this point . So even though the product is faulty , they won’t let me return ????!!!

Shocking horrible company . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME .

I placed an order for the buddy belt on 4-19 and order is still processing on 5-5. Tried calling multiple times and get voice mail. Emailed them also and no responses

I ordered an Easter outfit for my grandson and the order was processed on 4/2/22. Today is 4/16/22 and Easter is tomorrow. The tracking information shows that the order is "Completed," but the outfit has not been delivered. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing.

I ordered a travel car seat on 3.31, it is 4.15 and it still isn't here. It's been more than two weeks - and I don't have it in time for my trip. And my tracking information is literally in a language I don't understand. It's super frustrating.

Absolutely awful. It takes 5 days just to process your order if you're lucky. Then another 7-12 days for shipping. Do not buy from this company. You can find the same items for cheaper and get the item in a reasonable time. I tried to return and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I finally did and had to fight with there customer service. I reported them to my credit card company and they found the company in the wrong and I got my money back.

Terrible, I canceled my order within minutes of ordering (by accident) and despite their cancelation policy they still charged me and sent the item. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay for shipping…to china! Which is more than the item costs. Terrible customer service and response time. Shop elsewhere.

Absolute Scam!!
I wish I had done more research on this company prior to purchasing an item. I paid extra for priority shipping and it still took quite a long time to receive so I'm not sure what the extra charges were for. The very day that I did receive my item I wrote to them to return followed by several emails back and forth. First requesting pictures of the item, which I sent. They kept mentioning "the hassle of having to return an item". Several emails saying they have forwarded my request. They are not letting me return the item. They offered to refund me my priority shipping fees which I finally accepted exhausted from the run around. Over a month later, no refund for the shipping and communication has completely disappeared. I read several other similar complaints.

Horrible response time. Shipping time is ridiculous. Quality was poor... I will not order again. Christmas gift has become a Valentine's Day gift. This company's a skip

Horrible experience.Do not order from these people.They will not refund your money & the quality of the item I purchased is so so cheap.

Update 1/28/2022:
We did receive the boots we ordered 6 weeks after ordering them. They shipped from China, and are extremely cheap and are not actual boots that can be worn outside. I recently learned about "Drop-shipping" (Google it), and this company is 100% a drop-shipper. The 5-star reviews on TrustPilot, and the tinyjumps website are all fake.

This is a fake company. The support phone number is fake. I ordered an item on 12/13/21 and received a USPS tracking number, but the USPS website still says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". It's clear they just create the shipment and tracking number to give to the customer then never ship the item. I doubt they have any retail warehouse or any items to actually ship.

it is 1/14/22 and I still haven't received the item.

Right now I'm arguing with them to give me money back on a product I no longer wanted, and had contacted them well within 24 hours to request a cancelation (literally requested it 2 hours after I placed the order.) They responded 6 days later, saying they could not cancel because I had requested the cancelation "after 24 hours." And even after sending them specific screenshots showing I had sent the request in 2 hours after the order, they said "oh it didn't reach us until a day later ): so no you can't cancel. Oh and do you want this other great deal?!" I'm summarizing but I kid you not that was their response. Total scam artists, that based on these myriad of reviews like to steal money from unsuspecting people just trying to get something nice for kids in their life. Absolutely awful company/customer service.

I ordered two little outfits for my twins for Halloween. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances beyond their control, we did not receive them in time for Halloween. I have been trying since to get a full refund and return and they have given me the complete runaround. Only wanting to offer a lifetime discount and providing reasons they don't want to offer a refund. I'm very upset at their customer service and WILL NOT be ordering from them again because of their poor customer service. If you're ordering something as a gift and intend on keeping it, then you shouldn't have any issues. It's just trying to return anything that you'll experience trouble.

Customer service department has run me in circles with trying to return a Halloween costume that arrived a week after Halloween. Very dissatisfied and would never order from them again.

These people are crooks. Don’t believe the 5-star reviews - that’s them. Don’t buy from them.

HORRIBLE customer service. I received a Halloween costume late and they have a “30 day return policy” but won’t allow me to return it. Disputed the charge through my cc company. Scammers.

The 5 star reviews are fake and created by the company. I ordered a onesie on September 27th for Halloween. It is now November 21st, and I have still not recieved a product, tracking number, or refund. A week ago I got an email saying my order was cancelled after over a month of customer service telling me to "be patient". Now they are telling me to "be patient" with them refunding my money after the order was cancelled FROM THEIR END.

Never received the product. Should have known it was a scam when their site asks for tips. Tracking sent me to an unknown shipper and said the tracking number didn’t exist. Emailed, called and chatted online for a refund and it’s radio silent. I believe I was duped. Don’t order from here. It’s a scam.

My experience has been pretty good so far. Have been buying from them since last 2 years. Sometimes the items take longer sometimes they arrive faster but never missed my package.

1. Your company sent me an address that was fake and my item was thankfully returned by UPS because I requested a signature upon delivery.
2. Your company said my refund was approved but for some reason it would not go thru. Checking with my bank there was no issues with them to accept the refund but it never came.
3. Your company took far too long in answering emails requesting help for a new address to return item and for my refund to be issued
4. I went weeks waiting for answers to why I wasn’t getting my refund returned AFTER it had been approved to be refunded
5 I received numerous emails telling me to “be patient”.
6. Your company told me to return the item again but no new address was ever given to me to do so
7. I continually asked why I was getting my refund even tho it had been approved within the first 30 day period with no answer
8. Again over the last 8 months I sent a weekly email requesting my approved refund be sent and a new address to return the item
9. Now I get an email that tells me I’m past the 30 day refund period and I never returned the item so I don’t qualify for a refund even tho it was approved back in April to get one!
10. So I ask for a store voucher for the $39.99 amount and I’m told I can have $10 off my next purchase but no refund

Again I quote “our priority is to make our customers happy”…..

Nope, I’m not happy when this is the fault of the company NOT mine!!!!
