Katazyna was fantastic at dealing with my issue. I bought a vacuum, it arrived very quickly, was really well packaged. Unfortunately when I went to use it the rollers did not turn. Contacted the seller, easy link to send the hoover back was sent to me. As soon as they received it I was instantly refunded. Katazyna kept me updated throughout via email. I have since purchased other products from this seller and they have been great. Really good customer service. Thanks for making this so easy!

Have never used this company before and l can only say it is a true pleasure doing business with them. What brought arrived on time and was supplied with lots of information about what was happaning every step of it being delivered. Had a small problem with a missing part and Katarzyna was more than helpful resolving this. I cant recommened this company anymore than this.

When the initial solution didn't quite go as planned, she proactively offered multiple generous options to make things right. So i ordered a mobile phone which was the wrong one sent..tried several times calling customer services who dont answer i left emails and used their whatsapp but recieved about three messages but my problem hasnt been resolved..theyre quick enough to take your money but as soon as you need help theres none

I purchased a hand made rug which was accidentally wrecked by my grandson after he vomited on it. It had cost me £680 from john lewis. I tried to purchase a replacement but they no longer stocked it. I was gutted as I loved that rug. I came across TLX site and there was the identical rug, I was a bit dubious about the site at first but was reassured by seeing the positive reviews. I ordered the rug on 23rd and it was delivered on 27th, I received email updates regarding the order progress and a delivery time slot. The rug is exactly the same as my damaged one, in excellent condition and amazingly it only cost £289 from TLX which is a bargain compared to JL price I paid originally. I am so happy with my rug. I purchased a Garmin vivoactive 5, expecting the battery to last 10 days, but it only managed 2. Anita was incredibly supportive, offered me a discount to make up for it, and was prepared to accept a return for a full refund. However, I chose to keep the watch because her service was outstanding. I will surely return to this company in the future. Five stars!
