We've been with TNW for 5 months. The lead quality is solid – average deal size around £45k. Our sales team is busy. But sometimes their account management is slow to respond. Dan is great when you get him, but he's clearly managing too many accounts. Still worth it for the pipeline.

Just had a cold call from this company. "This is Will from TNW". I didn't say much and waited for him to go first - he told me he was "following up" after I had a conversation with a colleague of his on 13th March about installing solar on my business premises.
1) This call didn't happen.
2) I don't own business premises.
3) I'm not interested in solar.
I politely informed him I had no intention of purchasing solar for business premises and he apologised before hanging up.

A little reading between the lines after some research suggests TNW illegally acquire phone numbers to cold call potential clients about whether they're looking for solar installs. They called my private mobile number, which I'm careful not to hand out. They probably wanted to see if I would bite so they could pass my details on to companies willing to pay them for my data. Definitely a GDPR breach here.

Sales team used to grind cold calls untill 7pm. now they just check their calendars in the morning. tnw changed everything.

Cost per acquisition dropped 25% since switching to TNW. The lead quality is excellent we're closing 1 in 3 site surveys. Only giving 4 stars because the first 2 weeks of the campaign were very slow. Once volume picked up, consistent. The portal could be more user-friendly.
