Normally it´s been very good, but I bought last time a vitage eye cream that it was off as it was very runny ... I had to send it back (costing me 3.50 pounds and I had to buy something else as I was away), I got a new one, but not rend of the 3.50 or an additional cream...

I have dealt with tomeloveme for quite a few years. I am disappointed you are discountinuing Vitage as I use some of it and my 17 year old daughter uses it as her main skin care.
Your delivery is very fast but comes without the fancy ribbon and no samples which all add to the service. The products are expensive but presentation is now poor as they just fall out of the brown Jiffy bag with no feeling I am receiving a lovely product that I have spent a lot of money on.
Your offers are very good value.

Can't fault theses guys.
I can highly recommend them.

This is one of the kindest gifts I have given myself. I asked for advice and got it, I asked for a premium product at a price as low as possible and got that as well. It is quicker to order by email than it is to go to the nearest town and pay a lot more (if they even have it).
