Easy to use website, friendly and fast service. I rated them a four only because their website failed to mention the need for a 9v psu for the item I bought (no batteries as one would have assumed). This is only a small problem and doesn't take away from the quality of service. Highly recommended

Ordered my Euphoria Overdrive on the Friday...it was with me on the following Monday. Website was safe and secure with a fantastic array of Guitars..Amps...Effects ect on display. Ordered my pedal on a Sunday late at night, order delivered on the following Tuesday. What can I possibly criticise, great service and will certainly look to use Toneworld again.

The stock range was ideal and the service excellent. I was kept in the loop at all stages from receipt of order through to delivery so knew exactly what to expect and when. Overall a very good and welcome experience and I am sure to be trading with Tone World again in the near future.

I wanted a Keeley compressor and most of the suppliers were in the USA. I searched for a UK supplier and Toneworld came to the rescue with a "pre owned" solution that fitted the bill. The item arrived in perfect condition with a receipt from the first owner included. I am very happy with this transaction and extremely satisfied with my Keeley compressor. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Keeley and Toneworld as excellent suppliers. I appreciated the level of customer care that Toneworld provided. This is how it should always be done!

What a great great Nik Huber guitar - got in contact a week ago and I am living in Belgium. Had some problems to get the payment done through the Credit Card (UK must be a different service...?) but Gary called me and resolved this issue.
Great service - the guitar is set up wonderfully.

Ordered online, delivered next day. Guitar in superb condition; it was second hand, but in mint condition. Very well packaged too. Wouldn't have minded a couple more picks though.

From first enquiry to delivery, Gary at Toneworld has been unfailingly cheerful, patient, positive and helpful. My amp was ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday and worked straight from the box. (Probably because it is a box...) My halfwitted queries about problems with leads and strange buzzing noises were answered within hours if not minutes. What more can I say? 'I shall definitely be using them again' hardly seems adequate, especially as I have now run out of money. But when I get some more, I will be back, I promise.

What I liked was the fact that you could see the actual guitar you were buying on their website. Communication was terrific and next time I will visit the store in person rather than buying online!
