Great experience. Very smooth service, from email reminders and Jaimie calling me both before and after work was performed on my car.
Was very impressed with the online video sent to me by the Tech showing me the condition of my car on the ramp and the free car wash is always nice.

Jamie met me on time,all paperwork was immediately available and Jamie was attentive, polite and friendly.New front tyres fitted and rear washer repaired all in an hour and a half.Great service all round.

We arrived 15 minutes before our allotted time and was met by James. He asked a few relevant questions, then our car was taken almost immediately into the workshop for it's service. Everything went really smoothly.

Dropped car off to have a minor repair, James had me in and out in the curtesy car very fast, had a call around midday to inform me the car was ready, then had a short video sent of car being fixed. Returned to the show room and was agin seen and out very fast. Over all a great experience , james was very friendly and I will return when needed. Thanks.

I took my car in for an MOT and had James as the adviser again, like every other time the two guys at the desks were helpful, friendly and when I asked about pricing for my next service told me I might be better with a service plan, they weren't wrong, looks like a large saving back in my pocket. They really want to look after their customers and it shows.

Only downside this visit was from a salesman, I asked about the remaining time on my pcp and option to refinance but he did not seem interested and kept saying about an finance contributions for a new car. Never actually answered the question so will go elsewhere when the time comes.

It was an easy experience. Car was dropped off and picked up with ease. James and everyone i spoke to were helpful.

Jamie was helpful from the start and I was kept informed of the progress through the service with a full explanation of all that had been done.
