I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Chris, Connor, and Jack during my visit to the Vauxhall (Toomey Motor Group) Centre in Laindon. From the moment I arrived, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care.
Chris guided me through the entire process with clarity and courtesy. Before I even reached the reception area, he was already there to welcome me and introduce me to Jack, who had all my paperwork prepared and ready for signing. The handover to Connor was seamless, and he completed the airbag recall work far quicker than I expected, with impressive efficiency.
The level of coordination, teamwork, and customer care displayed by these three gentlemen was remarkable. They made the entire experience smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely pleasant.
My heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Vauxhall (Toomey Motor Group) Centre in Laindon.

Following on from my review from last week and the response from Toomey, having spent £2k two weeks ago for a new ECU and already returned to Dunton Vauxhall following an issue 3 days after my car being “fixed” it was fobbed off that nothing was wrong. Well it returned to Dunton yesterday for further checks, apparently a load of codes that are being cleared and why is left is basically the ECU that should have been coded to my specific car HASNT!! Now awaiting further info from Vauxhall on what the next steps are! Could be several days…. I’m still without a car after 4 MONTHS! And no courtesy car! The manager clearly is not interested in replying to my emails today or calling me as requested! I still cannot get to my place of work for an office day to work around my children’s school times! Absolutely disgusted by the service I have received. No goodwill gesture!
People need to start avoiding these places it’s nothing but agg!! Considering I have stupidly been a loyal customer for 15 years!
