We have received excellent service from this company. Right from the first visit to the showroom through to the delivery we were impressed with the way our order was handled. Delivery was smooth and everything happened as planned and it was a stress free experience. All the staff we dealt with were courteous and efficient. Would recommend without hesitation.

I am writing this review so that others are aware that Top Class Carpentry is a name to be trusted. I came across a minor problem with a garage door seal and Karl, in the sales team, went out of his way to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the solution. He dealt with me in a most polite and reassuring manner and kept me regularly informed of progress. The delay that occurred in resolving the issue was created entirely by the manufacturer/supplier of the product. But Karl did not give up and his persistence paid off. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to any prospective customer.

Really great company. Extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased an endplate for an ikea workbench which was perfectly cut and looked very professional. Thanks!

We had a smallish job - replacing the center block of a U shaped kitchen oak worktop. This center held an old Butler sink [a bad choice way back] - and the wood round the sink had not aged well at !!

Karl gave us lots of very helpful advice on all sorts of related items, built an excellent cupboard for the center, and pointed us to his fitters - Tim and Matt - who were great.

We now have a lovely Franke stainless steel sink, in a new oak work top section which fits precisely into the existing wings and matches v well in overall look.

Karl was very patient with us as we hummed and hawed in the initial decision making process, but the results made that all worth while & we could not be more pleased :-)

I ordered part for kitchen unit that l couldn’t get in shops , when l had paid for it l realised that on site it said free. P&P but had been added.
I contacted supplier and then had contact from Julie who said it would be refunded once order had been completed.
They had trouble with supplier but Julie always kept me in loop with emails to update me on delivery. I received the item and was perfect. Refund was credited back to me and Julieactually phoned to explain how refund was being paid .thank you Julie

Totally disappointed. Despite sending a picture of the door that I was trying to match, when the door eventually arrived (3 months later!!!!) it's only a 'close' match to the sent picture. how could they rout a door with only 4 upright line when the picture showed 5!!.

When I explained that I wanted one the same as my picture I was told to check the image on the website. That shows a 300 mm door & I wanted a 500 mm. I didn't know how many routing vertical lines there would be on a 500 mm & that's why i supplied a picture.

Absolutely no communication as to the delay unless I'd had phoned chasing them.

A complete waste of money.

I now need to replace all of the kitchen doors & the last place I'd choose is this company. 24 doors at 3 months delivery each would take 6 years to arrive.

It's only good for firewood!!

Ordered an item that needed too match existing one and Topclasscarpentry was the only source on the net I could find. Took a little while to arrive but communication from day 1 was excellent and I was delighted to receive the item safely. Great service, thank you.

Whilst there was a slight delay in delivering my order, this was down to circumstances beyond their control.
Julie has been patience personified in dealing with my stream of questions, and everything was delivered perfectly.

Purchased 3 clear pine wood 6 panel internal doors. Excellent quality. Very happy with the promptness and clarity of the communications with Topclasscarpentry. Delivered on the day I required. Will use them when I change my remaining doors.

It took over a month for me to get the correct item, first the wrong length was sent out, then the next one was sent to the wrong address, finally got the correct item sent to the correct address third time lucky! Julie and Karl both reply to emails very quickly and are very helpful, just a shame so many mistakes were made and it took so long to get the item I had ordered.

I put in a call today to this company through a web search.
A bathroom handle in my commercial premises had stopped locking correctly.
Rather than simply sell me a new handle Karl talked me through a solution to fix the handle I had, this worked a treat and saved me on this occasion about £35.
I can honestly say its incredibly rare that a company will take the time to discuss a solution and actually save the customer from a unnecessary purchase.
I would 100% recommend this company and I hope that next time I can spend some money!! Thanks so much! - Andy

My door was delivered about a week later than stated and was damaged. I had to chase Top Class Joinery several times for progress on the replacement from their manufacturer. Problems do occur but the difference between good and bad companies is the way they respond. The job is now weeks late. Top Class Carpentry simply didn't give me any information. My score represents a balance between Karl's knowledge and the company's very poor procedures.

I wanted some special security bolts, Karl found them Julie kept me updated got them to me customer very happy.
What a pleasure to talk to real people who know their job backwards.
Good old fashioned service you still can't beat it.
Definitely Topclasscarpentry to anyone.

I used Topclass for the doors in my rebuild project. They offer a good selection at competitive prices. The oak ledged doors in particular are significantly superior at less cost to others I found on the web. The personal service is the real stand-out reason to use them in a world of faceless "add to basket". Nice to speak with people who know what they're talking about, will make recommendations and allow flexible pick-up days. First class all round.

I wanted to purchase 4 bevell edged partially glassed interior doors.and found this company on the internet. phoned them and spoke with Karl, who made an impression straight away with his polite and professional manner.I was also struck by his immense knowledge of the trade, he guided me through my purchases helping me to make the right choice for my home. Karl was very patient. i phoned him time after time, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I ordered some items on 22nd Dec and wanted them badly before Christmas. I called and spoke to Karl who promised me that it would arrive the next day, Friday 23rd. And so it did, within the one hour slot that I had been advised of early that morning. Karl called to confirm receipt later that afternoon. Thank you for the excellent service.
