Received delivery today from Top Furniture. Delivery gentleman, Tony and Simon were fantastic. Kept me informed of time for delivery, very friendly and professional and genuinely nice and considerate. Couldn't fault the service at all. Thank you.

After spending over £2,000 on Toulouse black painted bedroom furniture advertised as oak, the goods developed splotchiness on the finish within 18–24 months of normal use. Company refused to help, blaming me for damaging my own furniture, then citing environmental factors.

​When escalated to the Furniture Ombudsman, the company admitted the furniture isn't oak at all, but pine/acacia with MDF panels.

​Because the items were misdescribed and defective, Lloyds Bank fully upheld my Section 75 claim and refunded me in full. Company refused to engage in the process or collect the defective goods.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Delayed but that was outwith their control. Communication was excellent, really made me feel like they actually cared about the delivery. Honestly, I was more chill about it than they were. Delivery guys gave me a heads up in advance of their arrival and were really lovely. Most importantly, breakfast bar is perfect!

We had a side unit delivered today
I had a text yesterday to give me a time which was great (especially on a Sunday to give me a time slot for the Monday)
They came in the time stated, quick, efficient and extremely polite

We had Harvey and Pete deliver our item and highly Recommend them and the company

Massively impressed with Top Furniture. Delivery was spot on, earlier than we expected which was great. Got a text the evening before delivery and then again in the morning telling me when they'd arrive. Tony & Simon were really pleasant and shifted the really heavy boxes inside, advised how to open for convenience and settings up for the first time allowing the wood to adjust. Possibly the best delivery guys ever. The product itself is solid wood well built and packaged.

Ordered four lots of living room furniture from Top Furniture it was delivered early today 19/10/26 we are very pleased with the beautiful furniture ,very Well packed and protected . The two delivery guys Rob and Scott were very helpful, Friendly and delivered our furniture into our house the best delivery lads we have ever had. Received my kitchen chairs today, delivered by Simon and Tony, they were very helpful, called me to let me know when they were arriving, they left the chairs where I asked.
The chairs are good quality, solid oak. Overall I am very impressed!

Great service from ordering through to delivery. The drawers were just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I was kept informed re delivery and the two lads (Rob &Scott) were helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered Toulouse 3 door wardrobe. It holds a lot of clothes and the pole is very sturdy. Beautifully made in a soft grey colour with a slight sheen. Delivery good no issues there. Would highly recommend the company and the wardrobe.

Absolutely love this furniture! My home is full of it , looks great and love the solid well made wood that comes just as you see in the pictures, delivery was free and it’s very well packed , I have nothing negative to say about this company and would highly recommend!

From my first query with its quick response to easy ordering and a very fast delivery date I was impressed. A helpful text to give me 40 minutes notice of delivery helped and then Tom and Mark were more than helpful and willing to carry my large TV unit up a flight of stairs to the front door. I can’t wait to see my unit in situ but waiting for help to unpack it.

My order was delivered quickly, we’ve bought many drawers etc before as they are assembled and great quality. Thankyou
