Ordered Dual Dog collars and the wrong item arrived.

Got in contact to arrange an uplift and about 12 days later the correct item arrived. This item was faulty!

Returned this one and a 12 days later I am still waiting on a response and my replacement item.

Very poor service!

Collars were delivered to incorrect address months and months ago, I emailed about 5 times and no replies.. no refund, replacement offer etc. Awful customer service.
I first emailed in January, then 3 times in April, then twice in May. It is now October. They still have not replied.
The only thing they replied to was in Jan & April they sent proof of delivery which was a picture of a parcel outside not even my house!

I bought a dog collar which has been delivered to wrong address. I've emailed them and had replies and also phone calls..I think most of these reviews are fake as so far with a couple of hiccups and still waiting for product but company can't seem to do enough for me..well done toska pets..

They are a online company that does the hard work of shopping around to get the best deal for you to a degree, but they are there to make a profit, and most of the reviews i've seen here are the delivery companies that the places they buy use, so is out of there control. I purchased a dog collar that had to be engraved, it was bought from Temu and sent from them, the product is as described but took 3 weeks to come.. although i cant blame Toska but they could have said the delivery time is likely to be 2-3 weeks, in which case people probably wouldn't buy from them. But still. Should have been listed and it wasn't, why i gave them a 4.
End of the day i could have done the searching around and bought direct, but i was Lazy and used these instead..

Order placed and postage paid.
Order not processed or despatched in a timely manner, as paid for.
I said if the order would not be delivered within 48 hours, taking it to over a week, it would be too late.
Toska then without asking cancelled the order, which shows they had no interest or intention of sending item out as stated on the site.

I would give this company 0 stars if I coukd.

Bought an item. Said it wouldn't arrive until September. I have emailed to ask them to cancel and refund order but they do not reply or communicate. When you try and call the number they have listed it says its an incorrect number. I am now having to dispute this with my credit card company.

This company is a scam, plain and simple.

Bought a correction collar - took a while to arrive and surprised it stated 'AliExpress' on postage label - obviously just drop shipping from there from China. A bit disingenuous - if I wanted a cheap Chinese product would of cut out the middle man.

Product purchased works well, company never got back to me when questioning delivery or dispatch updates.

Stay well clear of this company!!
Bought an item from their website and 2 hours later I emailed asking them to cancel the order as I no longer needed it. We made the heartbreaking decision to give our dog to a friend due to my failing health and the issues we had with the dog were too much for me when my husband is at work. The company completely ignored the email and sent the product out.
As soon as I recieved the item I called PayPal and asked them to open a line of communication between myself and the seller. The seller replied to the message via email telling me they had opened a return request and asked for pictures, the reason I wanted to return the item, and if I wanted a replacement or refund? I hadn't even opened the package but had to open it anyway to take the pictures they asked for. I responded to the email via the paypal case and again no response from the seller. I messaged again requesting the address to return the item. Again no response from seller, so I asked paypal to escalate the claim. I've just had an email telling me the case has been closed in the TOSKA PETS favour. Now I'm left with a £102 item.
If you don't want to lose your money don't purchase from this seller.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've bought a vibration collar for my dog. The product is very nice and seems very good for the money. It took a while to arrive and sent them an email asking about my product they answer very fast and 2 days later the product arrived. Very good communication I’m very happy with them! I recommend 100%
