I started to have my milk supplied by Totally Welsh during the first lockdown and their service and quality of product has meant that I've continued to do so. Their online ordering system is so easy to use, they have a large array of products and best of all its from local welsh suppliers so you know the quality is great. All of this is backed up by really helpful staff who, in my experience, are really happy to help. You can purchase from Totally Welsh with confidence and I would highly recommend you do.

Absolutely love having the milk delivered to the doorstep and being able to order groceries too. This was especially useful during the recent lockdowns. The Welsh butter is a real treat. Being able to reduce my plastic consumption by ordering the milk in glass bottles is great for the environment too.
Totally Welsh are so easy to deal with on the telephone and they left us a gift of daffodils on St David’s day.

Totally Welsh provide a wonderful reliable customer service. Aside from milk, they offer a wide selection of goods delivered to the door with consideration and so convenient for us, and so very grateful during lockdown periods when needed to self isolate. Recommend highly and glad to support a local welsh supplier.

The organisation is always willing to assist and available when you telephone. Their customer care standards are exemplary and should be the bench mark for other organisations. The staff are very friendly and understanding of the customers needs. When I phoned on Monday 26th July to amend an order it was modified with no complications. Their products are of the highest quality and delivered by caring staff who value their customers.

I have organic milk delivered 3 times a week which is very reliable. The milk is always fresh. I recently ordered eggs and was really pleased with the freshness and quality. Our milkman is the best - always friendly, reliable and helpful.

Totally Welsh is great company and the website is so easy to navigate if we need to change the order. What I really like is the choice of produce available and at a couple of days notice, I can add lots of things to our regular milk order. Fantastically helpful as Totally Welsh arranged for a regular milk delivery to my Mum, who has dementia, but arranged for all billing and emails to come to me. It such a relief that we know that Mum gets a regular milk delivery and, via me, can order additional items.
Deliveries are prompt and always on the same day of the week, which helps my Mum structure her week.

Totally Welsh is always reliable, I have never had any problems with the company, and if I have any issues, everything is cleared up with one phone call - while I'm on the phone! Started using totally Welsh a couple of months ago. We have the bottled semi skimmed milk and the bottled orange juice and apple juice. All produce is top notch. The website is easy to navigate and you can change your order easily to fit your week ahead. I love that we’re not throwing out endless plastic bottles and I don’t have to carry heavy items back from shopping. I arranged to pay monthly by direct debit but if you want to pay more frequently it’s easy to do on the website.

A great service. So good to gave glass milk bottles. Good range of extra items available too.

We have milk delivered on a Tuesday and Saturday and I can’t fault anything what so ever! Milk tastes amazing and I love the bakery items you guys have!

I have always had wonderful customer service from totally welsh, they have made deliveries through all types of weather, and never missed.
The choice of groceries available are outstanding from dairy to garden makes life a little easier for those who find it difficult to get out to the shops.

Having Totally Welsh milk delivered has been invaluable to me as a disabled woman during COVID times. I love how straightforward it is to amend my order online - and add treats, or essentials like bin bags. I feel good supporting local welsh farmers and suppliers and returning to the original “green” milk delivery of my childhood.
