TOV is not only an amazing online furniture store with fab products with great price points, it also has THE BEST staff. They go out of their way to make things right and ensure the customer is happy - even reaching out directly with updates and follow ups. I purchased a set of TOV Helsinki Performance Vegan Leather counter stools in January 2022. After just a few years of very light, careful use, the material has significantly deteriorated.

This is not typical wear. The surface is actively breaking down and shedding, with the outer layer peeling off in multiple areas. There are now consistent fragments of the material collecting beneath the stools, and the condition continues to worsen.

For context, these stools were used in a controlled indoor environment with minimal use and no exposure to abrasive fabrics, sunlight, or conditions that would accelerate deterioration.

I contacted TOV directly and provided detailed photos and video clearly showing the issue. The claim was denied based solely on being outside the one-year warranty period, with the condition attributed to “wear and tear.”

In my experience, this reflects a material failure rather than expected aging, especially for a product described as “performance” material. At this price point, I expected significantly better durability.

Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

As a decorator I’m always looking for new resources. Found this cute side table on Amazon. It came very well packaged. It was heavy, which was one of my needs.

I recently purchased the Briella Queen Bed from TOV Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

While it took a bit to get our order, Stephanie with customer services made us feel comfortable with waiting, she updated us every step of the way. Now the product, we ordered Liliana Mauve Performance Velvet Counter Stools, I knew that I would like them but didn’t know I would LOVE them, we went ahead and ordered two more straight away. The quality, the color, the feel of them is just perfect!

Absolutely horrible experience—got the Corey king bed, and the chemical smell from the headboard is still strong two months later! I bought this bed and had high hopes initially, but boy, was I disappointed. It’s been two months, and the smell is only 30% gone. I've been ventilating the room every day with all the windows open, but even that doesn’t help. Stay away from this bed unless you want to get chemical poisoning.

It’s the worst customer service and the bad quality and looking they like when they said that they will return they don’t accept any return all the time they try to find any reason to say no we cannot accept it. They didn’t allowed you to cancel if you are canceled they gonna get fee for that for any of the reason and I never ever gonna buy from this company again they try just to get your money for any of the reason they don’t care about the customer

I’ve had a great experience with TOV, largely thanks to their customer service—specifically Miko. I previously ordered a dresser from TOV that I absolutely love and found to be great quality, which is what led me to order a couch as well.

I initially purchased the couch with white glove delivery, but later decided to order an additional piece to attach to it. Since it was a separate order, it wasn’t automatically eligible for white glove delivery. I reached out to customer service and was lucky enough to get Miko, who walked me through the entire process and was able to consolidate the orders and override the system.

I’m big on customer service, and Miko truly went above and beyond to make things seamless and stress-free. Because of that experience—and the quality of the furniture—I’d definitely recommend TOV.

I've had the BEST experience working with Latoya! She's extremely knowledgeable, knows her products, patient, helpful, gets back to you right away, checks on you during the whole process of purchasing your furniture, even after it's delivered to make sure her customer is fully satisfied! She literally helped us choose every piece of furniture for our entire house and we love it. Latoya is literally just AMAZING at what she's doing.
