They do not accept returns; therefore, please plan your purchase accordingly. Even if they were to accept a return, the combined shipping and return fees amount to $70; furthermore, they deduct a 20% restocking fee. This makes the total cost of the return higher than the price of the part itself.

Received wrong part it has been over 2 weeks no movement on the RMA. Just recently received order with missing part and you are required to send Pic it's of packing and received parts to maybe get the missing. Rude customer service that are useless in the process. Will not buy again. $80 down the tube.
The site said the part fit my truck and now they claim it did not say that, so I am a lair.

A decent company would send the missing part. If a customer continually says there are missing parts then I can see them refusing that person. I am in contact with them currently before I take action. It’s the principal.

Refund is horrendous
They send you the wrong part and then refuse to refund it because you opened it. How would you otherwise be able to verify its the wrong part? I should have looked at their horrendous refund and RMA policy reviews.
