After reading the great reviews and speaking with Jack I was immediately put at ease about our mouse problem. Reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable, Jack swiftly resolved the mouse issue offering a prompt and thorough service. I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend Tracker Pest Control.

Jack returned my call promptly, made a plan to come through the same day to assist with a wasp problem. Knowledgeable, friendly and happily climbed out on our parapet to see the problem. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Jack from tracker pest control is a really great guy, he is honest and reliable. His work is top notch. We had him in to deal with a rat problem, he dealt excellently with the issue, gave us sound advise, left my home clean and tidy and more importanly eradicated the vermim. If ever i have a pest problem again i will call jack straight away and ill recommend him to my friends and family.

Jack's great and we wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others. He helped us with a birds nest problem and subsequent mite/flea/bug problem. He ended up having to make a few visits, but every time he offered good advice, was friendly and professional. He's also reasonable on price. Hopefully we don't ever need to call Jack again, but if we ever run into pest problems again we know who we're going to call.

Brilliant and efficient service!

Jack was nothing short of amazing. I called him on a Saturday morning about noises we'd been hearing in the roof space above our bedroom and he came the same day! He did a very thorough search of our property and offered us a very competitive price to deal with our mouse issue.

I have to add that we actually had no access hatch into our roof space but Jack made every effort to gain access where he could which ended up being through spot lights in our ceiling. I had contacted other companies who refused to help because we had no access hatch but Jack made a real effort to help us.

Long story short, 2 visits and no more mice. I can sleep in peace!!! Thanks so much Jack! I'd highly recommend him to anyone. He's incredibly friendly too! Wish there were more like him in the industry!

Excellent service provided by tracker pest control;

My property is rented out and the tenants reported what they thought were rats in the loft; tracker pest control attended the property and conducted a thorough investigation to determine that it was actually a squirrel that had nested in the loft. They then put in place a plan to capture and remove the squirrel which took into account not using chemicals as my tenants have a dog and pest control did not want to risk exposure to the dog;

As a landlord I didn't have time to be there for each visit but tracker pest control kept me informed throughout the process and were very good in working with my tenants.

End results, friendly, honest and effective service, happy tenants and pest removed!

Jack turned up at the time arranged, conducted a thorough search of the property to ascertain the actual problem, told my my options and associated costs. On agreeing the course of action implemented it and then followed up with 2 subsequent visits to ensure all was well. He also text all relevant information

Excellent service and good value

We had a couple of rats. Called Jack who came round promptly and had a thorough look around the house, told us exactly where they may have come in. I didn't want the rats to suffer. He was very informative and explained exactly what he was going to do and why, and was quite reassuring that it was the most humane way of dealing with the problem. We only heard them scratching and nibbling one more time, the second night and thereafter, all was quiet! He assured us that this would probably happen and he was right. He came two weeks after for a check, and put a bit more bait down to make sure. He will come again after 10 days and confirm they have gone. He also advised us how to block up the gaps so they don't get in again. If we had wanted to he could have done this for us, but we are able to do this ourselves. He is careful that no pets are harmed. Would definitely recommend.

I was truly impressed with the service that Jack provided. Finding his number online, I wasn't too sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and professionalism in addition to his determination to get to the route of the problem and to fix it as soon as possible. Jack not only came round on the same day to give me a free consultation, he also moved some things around in order to come to my house earlier on a second visit which he didn't have to do and it really helped me out. He accommodates around your schedule and is always happy to answer a question straight away with as much advice as he can give. I can't recommend Jack enough - he truly is an expert at what he does and a very friendly and helpful individual.
