I had Gareth Owens as my primary assessor and Michael Keeley for one of my site visits. Overall the experience was excellent, both assessors were very helpful and informative. Gareth took me through the process step by step, with relevant explanations and guidance throughout. Assessment paperwork and online folio was also filled out promptly after I submitted information, which was great, helping you to keep track of the progress. Over all a very good experience. Thank you to you both for your professionalism .
