The staff were so helpful at trade tools Burleigh I’d been to two other too shops near bye Sydney tools and total tools with minimal help. Aidan a staff from trade tools had so much time and knowledge for me and was more than happy to help me get started with my welding journey I feel this kind of experience was lacking in the other stores hi praise to the trade tools staff.

Hopeless. I have never experienced such bad service. i have wasted both time and money because of these idiots. I contacted them to find out what hardwear was required for my purchase and they gave me completely the wrong information which cost me time and money. do yourself a favour and avoid these Muppets.

Excellent company, they sell white label items like all other tool shops to (renegade and force tools) but sell them at reasonable prices.

The service was excellent purchased a high pressure washer and they started it to check it and pre oiled

I had ordered 6 items from Trade Tools on the 31/07 25 , it is now 18/09/25 and I have received 5 items and have had nothing but the run around over the last item which I now realise I will never receive the item or my money back . Just another scamming company . Don't waste your money .

Ordered an item that was "in stock" and you could fit in the palm of your hand and after 18 days it's still not here.
This was my first and last order, never again. They are definitely drop-shipping from China so you are waiting weeks.
I could have bought the item direct from Aliexpress myself at half the price and it still would have arrived a week ago. Beware

Absolute rip offs I've paid for tools 2 weeks ago online received confirmation of purchase email and receipt no tracking number I've been emailing them tried ringing the contact line and some random Sparkys from Auckland answers saying i have the wrong number, Fake site bunch off scammers

Waste of time. No dispatch after two weeks. Trade tools cancelled the order after two weeks. Said there were logistical issues. My guess is they misquoted the freight and didn’t want to cop the extra so they passed on the inconvenience to me.

Purchased a Renegade 13hp Chipper/mulcher on 30/3/24 used once and caught fire. I am a woman in my 60s and requested they collect it and either repair or replace it. They refused to collect it and forced me to lift in onto a trailer myself and return it to their Archerfield store. They refused to repair or replace advising that if they replaced it, the same thing would happen again. The manager Sam would not even speak with me or my brother who phoned the store but instead threw their poor staff under the bus and made poor Freddy deal with the issues. Extremely poor service, poor management and by their own admission, useless products. (will just happen again). Manager would not even speak with customer. Not female friendly company. Brother very disappointed as well. If you know your products are going to catch fire, why sell them? Disgusting that you knowingly sell a product not fit for purpose.

Be careful when buying via profoma invoice, they charged 2x delivery fee for 1 item and I didn't realise till after it was paid.

Trade tools initiated a refund for the delivery fees incurred, the issue was well resolved)

I have been dealing with this company since it first opened I been a few different companies on occasion (I buy a lot of tools) Consistently good!
When it comes down to it they do the right thing by the customer.

Returned an electric chainsaw for warranty repair in May and later advised they were still waiting on parts. Two weeks later I got a message to say the wait had blown out to September and they were going to replace the chainsaw with a new one duel delivered. Service above and beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. Thank you team.

I have been to the Noosaville store on many occassions but on two of them I have presented with problems that were beyond my expertise and equipment. On both occassions I was fortunate to encounter Rob who gave me the service of the century. Nothing is too much trouble for this guy. On both visits he had me sorted and VERY happy. He actually took my prob into the workshop and fixed it. Well done Rob. Service like this is certainly not available at Bunnings or any of the other hardware outlets in Noosa

Don't bother ordering online! There are no items in stock!

Ordered a saw online, a pop up advised if I order within 1 hr I can get same day delivery on the item. So I ordered after checking there was stock in Capalaba store.
2 hours later I get a call saying they have no stock and can't commit to a delivery date. Even 2 weeks away.
Cancelled order.

Arrived at tradetools Noosaville looking for a radio option from Milwaukee.
Rob pointed me in the direction of the packout radio.These guys know everything there is to know about the range
Best sound best service that's why we joined the VIP club.

Have never bought from Trade Tools before, but went there to buy a Drill Press from their Archerfield branch. There service is excellent, will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you.
