The Transfer Flow team was very professional and helped me through the selection, purchase and installation of my 40 gallon in bed tank.
The only enhancement request I have for their product is to make the iPhone app carplay compatible so I can just put it in my vehicle display

I am revising my feedback because Transfer Flow made what started out as my mistake right. They had me bring the tank back to their Chico facility, and I had them install the correct tank. The experience was all positive. The install was done very clean, the waiting area was nice, there was internet access (so I could work), and I was able to meet several employees who checked on me throughout the install including the President. All seemed to want to be sure that I left happy with the product and the service. The experience completely turned my attitude around. Nice work to the TF crew.

Let me first say I ordered the incorrect part number from my dealer. I figured since I was located not too far away I could drop the never unwrapped tank off, pay $50 extra for the correct tank, and while I was there have them do the install for $400. Yesterday they said that was all fine, and they would waive the excessive $400 re-stocking fee. We made the appointment for a few weeks out, and I figured all was good. They then called back today saying they now would not waive the $400 restocking, Additionally, I would need to return the tank via the dealer, and pay a $250 shipping charge. Of course the dealer will not take a return unless they have the tank back, so I could not save on delivery by moving the tank myself. What a mess, and Transfer Flow has only made a small error more complex, expensive, and cumbersome. I’ll have to now cut my losses and sell the tank, and buy from a better source. I would be very cautious buying from these guys as they care little about customer service.

Tank and tool chest are great, with one exception. Items in tool chest can interfere with locking mechanism resulting in having to drill off / remove handle. I was out of town and needed to get into the tool chest when this happened.

Customer service rep was very knowledgeable answering questions during the ordering process. The tank will ship by freight so be prepared to offload it from the truck yourself. I had a tractor with forks so I didn't have an issue. I purchased a 50 gallon Trax-4 fuel tank and ran into issues during installation. First, the rubber portion of the fuel hose to install the transfer flow tee connection was over my truck's stock fuel tank and inaccessible short of dropping the fuel tank. I called and left a message with Technical Support for advice but never received a call back. I ended up purchasing some additional rubber fuel filler hose and cutting a small section of the metal fuel filler neck to install the tee connection. Tested with a manual fuel transfer and appears to be working okay. Second minor issue was the transfer flow OBD2 mounting bracket didn't fit on my truck's mounting bracket as per instructions. Had to make some modifications to make it work. I was able to download the Trax-4 app and connect it to my system without any problems. Overall, pleased with the system and look forward to seeing how it works on the road.

The filler neck relocating kit fit the truck as described and was as good or better quality than the OEM setup. Good pricing as well.

I scheduled an appointment to have an auxilary fuel tank installed during a recent roadtrip.
Steven, who was my contact at TransferFlow, was great. He answered all of my questions and explained the operation of system. He also let me know that there was a spot outside the gate at TransferFlow that I could park my 5th wheel overnight.
I arrived on Sunday afternoon for the Monday appointment. After I had settled in there was a knock on the door. It was the owners of TransferFlow. They wanted to be certain that I was comfortable. They could have just driven by, but, they stopped to be certain that everything was okay. I call that going above and beyond normal customer service!
Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly.
Best of all, I now have an auxilary fuel tank, and it is operating properly.
I definitely would recommend TransferFlow to anyone looking for an axillary fuel tank

Transfer flow definitely makes a decent product and my most recent contact was with Tim Wells and he was extremely helpful.
I have been using transfer flow products since 2010

I have installed my Transfer Flow 40 gal combo tool box fuel tank and I could not be happier. It fit in my F-350 very nicely and extended about a quarter inch above my truck rails which still allowed me to install my soft tonneau cover over the top of it tokeep it hidden. I could only install three of the four tie down bolts because of the location and size of my diesel exhaust under the bed. The wiring went smoothly and the pump worked perfectly including the purge following the fill-up. Its a solid well built tank. Im happy with my choice.
