I was part of the October 2024 project cohort, and I highly recommend this course to anyone serious about becoming a Business Analyst. It provides a solid breakdown of the BA role, starting with a 2-day seminar followed by six months of hands-on project work.

You definitely need to put in the effort, but the support is always there when you need it. Rachel and Shereen have been absolutely amazing — always available to answer questions and regularly checking in throughout the project. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed.

Aneesa and Maj were also fantastic during the coaching and interview review sessions — their guidance was invaluable.

The course is well-structured, covering each stage of the BA journey in detail, and includes everything you need to prepare for the BCS exam. A great experience overall.

The customer care service of Basecamp working for TLA is exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process of training. I had questions about the courses taught, and the customer care support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Shereen and Rachel is outstanding because of the excellent service, effective communication, and the support and ability to address concern promptly and professionally is fantanstic.
I could recall a challenging problem that lingers in my mind as I started learning business analysis concepts. The concepts of AS IS and TO BE. How to apply this concept to a class of 20 students in which 11 of them are weak in Mathematics. The students were just promoted from year 9 to year 10 and their TO BE stage, is that, they have to be train to write GCSE. The 11 students who are weak in mathematics are not fit to offer the current syllabus of year 10 which is the AS IS stage. How can this be address by a business analyst.
Shereen solve the problem almost immediately I posted it and sent me the solution. The follow up of Rachel on projects not yet submitted to put you on track is extraordinary.
The teaching staffs at TLA to Shereen and Rachel at the customer care unit of Basecamp are top-notch.

MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DOING THIS COURSE WILL NOT GET A JOB AND THEY WILL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

i have just started the BA course and the facilitator for the 2 day live Webinar Chris Costa did a wonderful job. She did not make the sessions boring as she was engaging. I believe the introduction given will go along way in launching my career into B.A. I am super excited and hopeful for the rest of the course under TLA.

As much as I have heard good reports about this learning academy it is not designed to help people new in the UK who are trying to get their bearing in the country. I was referred by a friend to do my internship with them, but they could not help with the situation with all my transparency. They are too rigid and their contact person could not help with my situation despite my willingness to start the programme. They don't want to help people that are just coming up. They are adamant about receiving a huge deposit to start the programme. They are not flexible with the deposit you must pay to start the programme irrespective of your situation as compared with other similar companies. They need to improve on this to accommodate people who need this programme if their programme is meant to help as many people as possible.

Please note that I met all the requirements or necessary criteria for your programme i.e. The only issue here is the deposit of 500 pounds you are asking for, for an internship of 1000 pounds. What more could express commitment than when I could afford a 300 pounds deposit and 350 pounds each month for the next two months for an internship with reference only which is 1000 pounds which you turned down? Your policy should not be overly rigid.
Your claim has nothing to do with commitment and it is not the difference of a 200 pound deposit that will cover all your associated costs. I only see this as being mean.

I joined TLA back in March not knowing what to expect. Going in blind made it a lot more nerve-racking! However, the support I have received from the team has been second to none. Specifically, Lisa, Maj & Aneesa have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and very helpful throughout every stage of the course and the work experience side of things. I would definitely recommend it to those who are considering joining and want a career change!

This programme really did equip me for my BA role. You go through a live project and receive prompt support throughout which gave me first hand experience of BA work. What I found very good was the CV building tools and interview preparation support with one to one feedback enabling me to land a role 7 weeks after starting the programme. I am now in my role and confident moving forward due to all the support and guidance from TLA.

The company's learning platform has a great wealth of resources that was reliable and extremely helpful to me in my BA interview eventually helping me land a great job with an international NGO.
