I had decided to try beef grass fed protein isolate. Returns policy of company clearly states if dissatisfied can return within 45 days.
This powder was impossible to dissolve in water( clumps) , also it was too sweet for my taste. Had requested return 4 days ago via email w credit to my credit card.
In 2 days I got responce from Matthew the customer service rep. Apparently he can’t read , and offered me store credit or replacement instead. And requested lot number I can’t find.
Clarifies as curtesy, again, yesterday. Never heard back. Bad product, bad customer service. Disputed w credit card

I really trust and love Transparent Labs products and appreciate how they structure and markets their products. They seem to put purity of products as a high priority and I love that. Quality above quantity and for me that’s paramount.

I already subscribe to Consumerlabs and Consumersreports. Consumerlabs is a 3rd party testing lab that test a bunch of supplements throughout the market. They tested a bunch of protein products in previous testing and after finding out about Transparent Labs, I wrote to consumer labs about possibly including Transparent labs in their testing. Well lo and behold in a recent testing they included Transparent labs 100% Grass fed protein in Milk Chocolate. When I saw that it tested low in heavy metals along with having a high percentage of protein actually in the product(it tested at 33g instead of 28g as marketed on tub) I was so astonished and I knew I made the right decision in choosing Transparent labs as my go to supplement company. Again I like their use of quality ingredients and omission of all the fillers and crap. I so hope they do not change or tweak this.

Their customer service is great also. I contacted them via email on a Saturday and I got a prompt response. I had bought the Stim Free preworkout and Protein Variety pack on subscription. I tried to modify it but I couldn’t and they sent another round of products. The protein was useful but the Preworkout wasn’t because I still had tons from 1st order. As I said, I reached out and told customer service of my issue. Their name was Reilly and they were able to troubleshoot why I was unable to modify my orders. Come to find out, I spelled my email address wrong when I placed order but after when I created an account, I did so with my regular email. That’s what the discrepancy was and Reilly was able to fix everything for me under my correct email. When I logged on I was able to see my orders and I had the option to activate them or pause them which I really liked. I also told Reilly I had no use for the preworkout and wanted an exchange. Well I sent a picture of it and within minutes I received a gift card which included a full refund. That was fast, quick and easy.

They don’t send return receipt to ship product back but maybe that’s for liability reasons. I really hope people do not take advantage of this. Idk but I’m locked in with them. I’ve already put a couple of friends on to them and one friend used to use some Walmart protein. She tasted Transparent labs and although she didn’t initially like it, she appreciated it because she said it tasted clean as opposed to the garbage she’s used to which is filled with sugars, sweeteners and a whole bunch of junk.

I can’t say enough about Transparent Labs except trust them and buy your products here. Do your own research if you can about what products you are looking for. I really don’t think you’ll regret it. I know I don’t.

I'll start with in general, I like this company's products. BUT DO NOT RELY ON REVIEWS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN MAKING A BUYING DECISION. I have reviewed 3 items over the past month...two of them were 5 stars, and one review was for a terrible product and I gave it just 1 star. Weeks after leaving all three reviews, only two of mine are posted to their website...guess which ones? Yep, my glowing 5 star reviews. The missing review? My 1 star review.

Look, I'm President of a business as well, but I have NEVER not posted a customer review, good or especially bad (thankfully, there have been very few bad reviews in 15+ years).

If they didn’t obviously throttle and censor the reviews left on their website, I likely would have seen plenty of other 1 star reviews on that product with the same gripes that I had, and thought harder / done more research online before spending over $100 on what ended up being thrown away. But how would I have known when that product on their website has nothing but good reviews?

Shady stuff, really made me lose a lot of respect for this brand. I'm looking to see what similar alternatives are out there because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, much like the terrible product that I gave 1 star to that you'll never see in their website..

Had lost packages in transit which can happen, however, the support team stepped in to salvage the situation. Really grateful for the effort!

The mixibility of their protein and collagen is the best.I've ever experienced.
I have poured through a hundred reviews and transparent labs is always at the top.
I had a customer service issue they handled it extremely quickly.
This is the top company out there.Do your own research nobody's better.

Ordered 4 items. They shorted me a frother and a whey protein. The packing slip said it was all there. Left a voicemail and email with all details with photos. They are non responsive.

Just started trying TL for our protein powder needs and. This far they’ve been great. Excellent customer service and the flavors we’ve tried have all been the right side of tasty but not too sweet.

I am a beginner and is a consumer for the first time. I was wary of the fact whether it would suit me since something's are very sensitive. I researched the whole market and the plethora of whey powders available for cheap in the Canadian market. However, I chose to buy the isolate from Transparent Labs, since they commit what they guarantee, everything is transparent on their website. It is smooth, tasty and blends within blood in an hour of being taken. I would really recommend it. Slightly higher on the pocket, however, it is really worth it. Their customer service is very professional and understanding as well.

Love their protein powders. Tasted good. They also have amazing customer service with quick response.
