Could give minus zero stars.
Ordered 2 kits by accident. Returned one and no refund £170.
Phone number with Indian women on the phone was useless and could barely hear her...having waiting 50 min on the phone to get to talk to her at first place. First she sais I get my refund after 1 month of returning the kit. Then next call she gave me the email which doesnt even exist. I sent msges through messenger, used this company other emails...nothing.
Just speechless....how goverment even deared to force us to use CTM company which basically doesnt exist...

I had to quarantine a few weeks ago when returning from a business commitment in Duabi. This company seems to be the only approved hotel provider. They lack empathy and very unorganised. They did not send me the confirmation till last minute, despite lots of calls and emails. After seeing hundred of similar reviews here, I am astonished how they have not been banned from the government contract.

CTM is obviously a company that should not exist and is obviously giving kickbacks to secure their position. avoid if you can. We never received our first kit. had to order a new one due to time frames. Never received results and were not allowed refund. Director Jamie Pherous is a con artist and a covid capitalist. this has nothing to do with money but incredible world class, bad service.

Absolutely the worse company i have ever dealt with. Customer "care"is obsolete get nowhere with them, very rude people indeed. They are recommended on the Gov site perhaps whoever sanctioned to use them should have done some research.

Invoiced once - £3715 deducted from my card twice... trying to get it back. Dead end telephone twice. Twice explained the problem and then cut off. Resorting to VISA to re-claim. Appalling quality telephone lines - they cannot understand you and you certainly cannot understand them - something seriously wrong with this company.

I ordered Day 2 & 8 test kits originally. Due to change of quarantine policy, only a Day 2 test was needed so I cancelled the Day 2 & 8 test through their system 6 days in advance while their refund policy only need 24 hrs before arrival. Request is confirmed received by their system. Then I book the day 2 test again. However, the canncelled kits were still sent to me. And I got no update for the refund issue. Of course, you can find anyone take your call from their hotline.

Nevertheless, their test kits delivery is on time so that I received them sharp on day 0.

Paid £68 for the Covid test for the PLF and didn’t even get sent the reference number. Called after 5 hours and despite being really nice about it the person was quite rude. Wonder how much money they’ve made off this contract for the service to then be this terrible

Would give -0 if I could!! Shocking from start to finish. I had to book multilple tests for people travelling in from overseas at work. I used the company credit card. Emails were going to the traveller, as was the order confirmation and invoice. But they pretty much declined all of my bookings but didn't call me. Their declined payment emails went into people junk mail and I found out quite late on so had to make lots of phone calls and then ask people to book themselves. I called CMT and they said it was because of fraud - where people were buying tests and selling them on. That didn't apply in my case becuase I wasn't the one getting the emails etc. as above. Then I booked another one. The guy arrives from the US today, has already completed his PLF and I STILL don't have the test. Called CTM. Without even looking she said 'it will arrive today' I had to ask her to check with the CMT reference. Then she tells me they will send an emergency one to arrive tomorrow. They are a shambles - pure and simple. Such an important thing and so expense and they are awful at what they do. Oh, and the phone line is really bad. Sounds like the service has been outsourced to India.

Do not use this company, spent £131 for the 2 day PCR test and after not receiving their confirmation order, despite chasing I ended buying another from Boots for £68.00. Now back in the UK with still no email (too late now as needed booking ref no to complete locator form) and no sign of test. Will be calling credit card Co tomorrow for a refund.

Awful experience. Does not cater to regulations changing in other countries at all! Cancellation only valid if done within 24hours. Awful service when trying to contact them. Filled in form within ‘5-10 working day’ but still received the test kits even though we don’t need them. Just received an email to say no refund due because these are government mandated??! Does not make sense at all.

Please run away from this company and use another test provider!!

My mother bought a test online before her arrival to UK and the reference number they provided didn't work at all. I called them to let them know and cancel the kit and I sent an email as well as we were not able to fill in the passenger form with the reference number. I'm currently struggling to get my money back for this useless test kit that I eventually received in spite of my request of cancellation ! A bunch of crooks !

Cannot give 0 rating this is the worst company on the planet, it is manned by non talking English and so unhelpful, Its cheaper to travel to England and travel as you have multiple choices for the tests, Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland are stuck with this mickey mouse company, You will not receive any refund if you cancel and if you contact them wait for upto 6 weeks for a reply, Cancel the test kits 2 weeks before you are meant to travel and inform them you do not require the kits they will still send them, If you have been duped by this company contact your msp or relevant mp total farce.

I had to book with these for my wife due to the Welsh Government only recognised tester. On booking a return 2 day test, by error ordered 2 asked for refund and sent an email to this day no reply. I have telephoned the number and speak to people in India who obviously speak from a script. You just go around in conversation circles and eventually you have to hang up as no one understands past the script. My wife tested positive before her return to the UK and has to isolate for 10 days. I called them as the 2 lots of tests arrived today and they obviously want them back after the 2 days but she will not be returning until later. Telephoned them again spoke to someone in India explained the difficulties and again around in circles once more. I asked about the refund and was told it is too late now as the packages has arrived. When I said I have emailed as requested on the application I was told they do not answer emails ?? At that point I have had enough and will now take it up with the buffoons who authorised these at the Senedd let them give me answers.

Booked two 2nd day tests with CTM at a cost of £136.00. Have now just completed a 10 day quarantine due to the following reasons.
1. Test kit late sent to wrong location then rerouted arriving to late
2. Test kit never had the tube for the sample to be put in and no return labels in either kits. Just wasted £136.00.
Have e-mailed this company who do not respond.
The government need to look into these company’s as it’s shocking, take the money but no service is provided.
Going to contact Trading Standards. Our Track and Trace recommend them in Scotland it’s a joke.
Don’t know how it’s justified we only paid 7 euros each in Cyprus for a test. Have e-mailed this company and filled in a complaints form for refund. Also put on messenger. Do the right thing CTM refund our £136.00.
Thank goodness changes are getting made for travel test requirements. At the end of October.
So stay clear of CTM no very reliable.

I used the CTM Portal to arrange and pay for a Day 2 Mandatory Test.

After a few hours had passed I contacted CTM by telephone as the required passenger locator reference number had not been received. Without it I would be unable to travel home. I was placed on hold and left for over 20 minutes. Assuming I'd been forgotten about I hung up and called back immediately, speaking to a different advisor (Dennis). He took all of the details again and placed me on hold for over fifteen minutes, coming back to advise he would need to call me back in twenty minutes once he had looked into things further. At no point was I given any kind of explanation as to what the problem was.

Hours later and the callback never materialised. On my third and final call to CTM I spoke to Amu, requesting to speak to a team leader. He abruptly put me on hold before cutting the call off around ten minutes later.

I was forced to book and pay for another test with a different provider to ensure I would be able to return to the UK.

I am absolutely flabbergasted at the indifference and lack of customer care on display by CTM. It would appear they have outsourced their telephone operations to India to cut costs and keep profits high? Unfortunately their staff clearly aren't well placed to deal with issues when things go wrong.

The multitude of negative reviews seem to suggest a workplace environment exists of putting customers on hold in the hopes they'll get fed up and hang up, or to promise callbacks that are never made.

Save yourself time, stress and money by NOT using this disgrace of a business.

My CTM PCR test kit arrived today. Started the process online. Needs a 10 digit order number. There isn’t one on the CTM booking reference email. Tried to contact CTM told to hold the line, only to be disconnected after 10 min. Tried again told to use the customer number, this did not work. I now need to create a NHS Wales account to enter the test data. Why are the Welsh government using this firm

Only recognized test company by Scottish Gov at the time of travel.

Absolute charlatans. reflects VERY poorly on Scottish Gov.

Paid for test (no alternative) no results - waste of time wasting time speaking to someone who will not and simply can't understand you . No refund and no comeback. Clowns

Invalid reference number given for passenger verification form. None of the numbers given on the invoice worked on the form. Don’t use this company for booking COVID tests if you can avoid it.

Crooks is the only way to describe this company.icame home from Australia in April paid for 2 tests but never recieived results of second test I have contacted them numerous times but had no replies .they should be investigated for fraud by police or government who appointed them Do not use for any type of business in my opinion
