“This agency is an organization of scammers. I believe it might not even be legitimate. And I’m saying right now that if they have good reviews, they’re fake – it’s not a legitimate service.

I paid for a service that was supposed to be an appointment booking for a holiday visa to Disneyland Paris. But as soon as I paid, it became impossible to get in touch with Kevin – which I highly doubt is even his real name. They gave me a supposed appointment date, which I now realize never existed. For three weeks, I kept chasing them to provide the list of documents I needed to bring to the appointment. They kept saying they’d send it tomorrow or on the day of the appointment.

In the end, they claimed that TLS canceled the appointment – and that’s when I realized this was a scam, because TLS never cancels appointments (I’ve used their services multiple times before). I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager, but that person was never available. Instead, a secretary named Dayzzi appeared and said she would fix everything, but I’d have to pay again. I said no – first send me all the documents, then I’ll pay. Since then, I haven’t heard a thing from them – they disappeared.

This is a scam – a group of foreigners making people waste their time, and when they see you’re desperate, they try to extort even more money. Be careful.”

Booked a 4 night stay with this company to take part in the Marrakech Half Marathon, with airport transfer and city tour included.
The communication on booking and leading up to the event was perfect no issues at all.
The issues started as soon as we landed in Marrakech.
We were informed to go to the Travel Gateway stand outside the airport where someone would be with our names on a board. We found the stand and a person came after a while with a list of names. He advised us he was waiting for 20 more people then we would be taken to the Savoy. We advised our booking was for the Dellerosa not the Savoy. He said he would call the company to check, after 10 or 15 minutes he came back to say he had checked and we were definately at the Savoy and that is what is on his printed list also. We assumed the accommodation had been changed.
On arrival at the Savoy we were eventually told we were not booked in, the receptionist advised he would call the travel company to confirm where we were meant to be. I again repeated we should be at the Dellerosa and showed a screen shot of the booking with this name printed on the holiday voucher from Travel Gateway. This person came back after a while to advise he had rang the company and we were staying at a place called Kenzi Rose and we would have to walk there as no transport was available. I asked are you sure, he assured us he had spoken to someone at Travel Gateway and yes this was correct. We walked with all our stuff for about 20 minutes to this other hotel. The same happened yet again. After 20 minutes of utter confusion we were advised we were at the Dellarosa as this person rang them instead of the Travel company. Again we were advised we would have to walk 15 minutes to this hotel with our bags as no transport was available. We finally arrived over 2 hours after coming out of the exit at the airport, should have been a 10 minute drive.
Emailed Travel Gateway that evening to let them know of the negative experience we had on our first day.
Yesterday we received a what's app message from the Travel conpany to advise they were picking us up from the Savoy ! The completely wrong hotel. I replied straight away and advised this is where we were dropped off and completely the wrong place so pick us up from the Dellarosa. Clearly nothing had been actioned from my email.
Now we are back home in the UK, 3 days later, we have not received a reply from the email, no apology or anything else from Travel Gateway.
We also had a tour of Marrakech included in the package on the Saturday. The tour was more of a sales pitch. The history was good to learn but we were walked fast through the Medina and told at the end we would be taken to a shop that sells everything all the street sellers sell at the same if not a more competitive price. We bought nothing but the next day we walked the 20 minutes from our hotel to the Medina and found the almost exact same hand crafted item we had been interested in with a stall holder at a third of the price this shop had wanted and that was before haggling. We had 5 minutes at the Medina on the tour so no real time to see anything then bused back to the hotel. We also spent nearly an hour in another shop selling cosmetic products during this tour each item explained then the hard sell at the end.
We would not recommend this company at all and will never use again.

I purchased my ticket to go to Punta Cana unfortunately I was stranded for 4 months in the Dominican Republic. I was fortunate to book with the Travel Gateway who gave me the support/update and the alternative to come back to the UK. Experienced Travel Group they ve organised our package to Morocco. They put together an itinerary that suited us with some amazing excursions. I will definitely recommend using them. Really good customer services.
