With Judy Wise everything was so simple and perfect. She is really on top of what she do. I had been previosly been answered by someone who had made me feel like TravelHouse is not good anymore. 2days later i tried to call again and There was Judy. As a long term Travel house Customer I felt being back home and was embrassed with two loving arms. Judy is excellent in a nutshell. Kind and so helpful.. full of public relations.

So far I have only booked flights and the real test of a travel organiser is when something goes wrong, but as far as initial booking is concerned Aaron Stone was extremely helpful and completely engaged with my travel situation in a reassuring way, he went the extra mile to try and save me some money and was super-responsive. I'm left unsure what if any extra protection booking with Travelhouse gives me compared to going direct as I've chosen a rather sketchy sounding airline that other agents I tried refused to book, this again shows that Aaron is definitely your man for off-piste travel. Excellent service.

Marcus was our travel Agent with our booking to South Africa for easter 2027!!! And wow what can i say he was so helpful and understood my questions and concerns. He did research over and over as i kept changing dates then airlines ect but after all that he was still friendly and helpful. Very grateful to him for working through that given not all the four flights were showing the same initially. All sorted quickly and satisfactorily. I would never book through Travel house ever again. The customer service to begin with was good. The airline then changed flight itenary. Travel house now refusing to cancel ticket though airline is giving an option to cancel. They will not respond to messages or emails. They start telling you charges that were never disclosed before. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK no matter how cheap the tickets are. Not worth it. They also charge you Interest to. Pay in installments. These days klana or PayPal does not charge you anytime. They are still owing me over £3000. 00

I had a very pleasant trip with no issues throughout. The travel arrangements and hotels were smooth, and the drivers were punctual and professional. I really appreciated the honesty shown, including when money was returned without any difficulty. It was, overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would be happy to book again in the near future.

Adam was really helpful on a last minute flight that I needed due to a family emergency - he managed to get me a reasonably priced air ticket and was patient with me as I was distressed over the circumstances of me having to travel quickly.
