One of the light sockets was cracked…
One of the light sockets was cracked and fell apart, so one string of lights does not work. I was able to move string above and below the defective string to fill in the dark space.

The 6.5 ft tree you have is still in-stock and if you ever have issues with something from us like this that you just purchased, just give us a call and let us know. We will ship you a new section ASAP to get this resolved. You have a great warranty and a whole staff of customer service reps here waiting to serve you if anything like this goes wrong. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for this as I assume something happened in shipping. Cracked cases on lighting is very rare.

Not the best quality control
It’s a nice ornament and looked as good as I was hoping. One problem was a light was black when it arrived and when I replaced it, that one blew again as soon as I plugged it in. Hopefully no other ones blow out once it is on every day during the Christmas season.

Haven Fir looks good.
I don't have much to comment on the buying experience, other that the delivery was fast. This is the first time that I haven't bought a live tree (sure sign of getting old ;) and I wanted something that didn't scream "fake." I purchased the New Haven Fir and I'm very happy. You need to spread out the greens on the branches, but then it looks great.
