I have ride this bike for almost 2 years and the experience is extraordinary.

La mejor marca que he probado hasta ahora, siempre están disponibles para dudas y sugerencias, los productos sin ningún detalle, he armado una bicicleta nueva con el Marco de carbono TRIFOX MFM200, al igual que sus masas, horquilla y manillar, y sin ningún problema, he visto unas reseñas negativas, muchas veces son porque no usan los componentes y productos de la marca para el uso que se debe, y también no depende siempre de la marca, también la paquetería del país, pero sinceramente tengo mucha confianza con la marca, 10 de 10!

bonjour je viens de finir le montage du trifox X18 petit problème avec le filetage du boitier de pedalier rien de méchant une petite reprise aux taraud et c'est rentré dans l'ordre autrement rien à dire super cadre et très réatif peinture nikel

One year ago (jan 2023) I ordered a bike frame. The order was lost during delivery. Until now, Trifox didn't refund or pay... I started a dossier at our national ombuds service... After more than 100 mails and letters, they still not answer. So not to be thrusted.

Brought a MTB frame with a 2 year warranty. Well after one year the bottom bracket drive side shim fell out.
I contacted them, sent pictures and they ignored me. If you choose to buy from them. I hope you are luckier than me

I have bought a teifox X18 frame from aliexpress for circa usd 800 on December 2022. I have assembled professionally and stsrt using it in january 2023. I have used the bike for about 600 miles or 1000km and a huge crack appeared in top part of the frame out of nowhere. I have contacted the seller, provided 30 photos and several minutes of detailed videos all for nothing. They mentioned that a crash might have caused the crack and they could not provide warranty. Besides the huge manufacturing fail, there is not a single scratch on the bike. I do not recommend Trifox as a brand, beware!

High quality product with great weight-price ratio. The only drawback is that it took more than a month to arrive and the company that is in charge of the transport is Seur, so in the end I had to go look for it at an establishment, although I had previously paid no more and no less than €17 in expenses. shipping!!!
Even so, I am happy with the purchase because of its quality and that is why I give it five stars.

I bought a handlebar a few months ago. The package arrived damaged so the handlebar was scratched. I contact with the customer team to ensure if that could jeopardize the quality of the product. They ensure me that It should not have consequences in the product, besides they offered me a 10$ refund per the inconvenience. The refund never came, and even they don't respond my messages. I'm not going to judge the product so that It probably reaches the standards, but the delivery and the customer care can be better from my experience.

My experience in my TRIFOX X16 speedster is so good this frame is so reliable,light weight and super stiffer. I recommend also to the begginers cyclist and also to plan upgrade there frames i recommend this product because is good price and super good quality im using my frame almost 2 years from now. Beware. I ordered a set of carbon wheels for my TT/Tri bike. On the face of it they looked good value and they advertised the wheels with an external rim width of either 23mm or 25mm. I ordered the 23mm wheels as I have very limited brake clearance on my bike; not an uncommon problem with TT and Tri bikes. Firstly they sent me the wrong wheels. When I emailed them they eventually responded that 23mm and 25mm tyres fit all of their wheels!! They completely misunderstood the issue. When I finally managed to get them to understand the problem they agreed to send me the wheels I had ordered but asked me to resell their wheels and they were going to charge me!! I declined their offer and eventually they agreed to a refund given that they hadn’t actually got 23mm wheels and we’re going to get them manufactured but couldn’t tell me how long this would take. They want me to send the wheels back at my expense and they stipulate that they take no responsibility for loss or damage. The upshot is that I risk losing my money and being substantially out of pocket. I decided to cut my losses, keep the wheels and try to sell them on. Shame really as they’re not bad wheels for the money. So beware that if you have a problem the after sales service and customer care is not what it should be.

Can't even send a frame to you. Nothing but worthless

I ordered a strong frame with good quality recently and arrived a few days earlier than supposed to so that was great. On the whole, I am pretty satisfied with my purchase.

After using it for about half a year I have to say that it behaves very well on all terrains and in all conditions.
It is a super rigid frame that you do not lose any power when you pedal and it also has a good price

The frame fire. It's lightweight and stiff. Very good suspension one that I ever bought. Won't hold you back.The only problem I met was that the frame didn't come with thru screws and axle. Anywhere, I still love itself.

I bought a full suspension MTB frame from this site last month. It really amazing with it's outstanding quality.Good geometry design. It worth the money anywhere. I would like to recommend to my friends for sure.
