Aaron Lee from CLA Energy Services was incredibly helpful when trying to deal with queries that we had with Smartest Energy and the smart meters that we had issues with. Aaron was very organised, efficient and did what he said he would do, resulting in an acceptable outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron if you need someone to liaise with an energy company on your behalf.

We have been working closely with Sarah DK from Troo and her customer service is impeccable. Sarah has been dealing with our energy renewals and I cannot praise her enough not only has she been saving the company money but she is also very knowledgeable about the industry so we know we are in safe hands. Sarah is really helpful and always happy to answer our questions and explain things (even when we don’t understand it the first time!). We look forward to continuing working with Sarah and Troo.

After speaking to Heidi, she secured my electric at a very good price, it was a smooth service from start to finish. Heidi was very fair and transparent and maintained professional throughout.

I recently arranged for a new Gas contract for our company with Sean at Troo and all seems to have gone smoothly. Sean has been very helpful. Provided a lot of additional advice. He also is helping with some other contracts.

Not only has she got me good prices for the gas but she has helped me deal with someone pretending they are calling from the current energy company and into a right saga! I was approached by Anita at one of our sites. Usually I’m not interested in any sales pitch or anything like that, however Anita took a personal interest to our business and offered to help reduce our utility bills. Anita offered a full hands on approach where everything was handled by herself making the transition smoother and easier for us. She was very involved, caring, honest and fun. Anita worked very fast with us to get things sorted and understood the needs of our business. Her friendly and professional approach definitely made her the right person for the job. Anita hasn’t got an easy task, but because of her knowledge in the field, she effortlessly dealt with any obstacles. Anita’s colleague Jonny also gave me a call and updated me as to how we were getting on. Due to the professionalism and pleasant experience we are now liaising with Anita across all our sites.
