Customer service is horrible to deal with. If you have to cancel you get nothing but a run around and stuff does not get done. God forbid you have to ask them for a statement of account because their people fail to provide, but give good lip service. I needed a statement of account to file for Medicaid for step dad. This is day 4 trying to get a statement of account and still nothing. they talk a good talk but zero performance.

I do not recommend this company
I have faithfully paid my premiums and I 'am on SSDI. I've sent them copies of my documentation, but they are still refusing to pay my claim. I am permanently disabled, and it feels like this company does not care about anyone but getting your money. Beware if you are a credit union customer, this company is terrible, and I have lost everything because of their shenanigans and failures to do the right thing. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company; they will not be there when you need them. Larry Leclair
