We purchased the Bohemian Posh complete furniture package from TUKA for our new apartment, and we couldn’t be happier. The pre-curated style was exactly what we were looking for, especially the off-white boucle sofas and white marble dining table. Our apartment now feels like a 5-star hotel lobby!

Moving to Dubai and furnishing our apartment at Dubai Creek Harbour with Tuka Dubai was a fantastic experience. We chose the Snow Breeze package and were impressed with both the furniture quality and value for money. The customer service was extremely fast and helpful, especially with the move-in permit process. The delivery and assembly team completed everything within a few hours, so our new home was ready immediately. Highly recommended!

Our apartment literally looks like the loby of a 5 stars hotel now. For this price unbelievable. cjecled prior furniture showroom where o would have paid the price ony for 1 sıfa that is insace. The ordering process was smooth and delivfery was prompt. Thequality of the furniture is really outstanding especially for this price,everything looks exactly as it did online.The customer sevice team at TUKA were also excellemti they wew very helpfull and respomsive to all my queries. Overall, ı highly recommend Tuka to anyone looking fır high-quality furniture and great customer sevice.

We have bought a investment property in Buisness Bay and have purchased a furniture package from tuka dubai. Yesterday the furniture was delivered. The whole experience was great and we are super happy with the furniture.
As a non UAE resident we were not aware of the entire processes and documents required ... move-in permit etc. ... special thanks to the customer service team and their support.

Unfortunately, we’re very disappointed with the quality of our sofa. After only 6 months, it has ripped and the stitching has come undone, which is extremely disappointing for a brand-new sofa.

We contacted the company to ask what could be done, especially since their policy clearly states that the sofa comes with a 1-year warranty. We were simply told that the damage is considered “wear and tear.”

I find that very difficult to accept. I’ve owned sofas for years and have never had one start ripping and coming apart after just 6 months of normal use. This is far beyond what I would consider reasonable wear and tear.

The whole point of having a 1-year warranty is to give customers some reassurance when purchasing a new product. Unfortunately, in this case, the warranty hasn’t felt particularly reassuring.

We expected much better quality and a more helpful response from the company. It’s disappointing to spend money on a brand-new sofa only to be left feeling that the issue has been dismissed rather than properly addressed.

Stitching popped on their sofa within 6 months. They advertise a warranty which should cover it, which it apparently doesn’t when it comes down to it. Stitches opening isn’t wear and tear, it’s a manufacturer defect. Same happened on the pillows. Not the quality we hoped for. Surprised they didn’t honor their warranty as well.

I ordered curtains from tuka dubai and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.They managed everything smoothly including the free curtain visit window measurement and fabric selection.The team was helpful professional and made the process easy from start to finish.
The service was fast well organized and stress free.I also want to thank Esma from customer service for her support and clear communication throughout the process.Overal I am happy with the quality of the service and would recommend tuka for curtains in dubai.

We moved to Dubai during the Iranian conflict 2 weeks ago. We decided to furnish our apartment in Dubai Creek Harbour with Tuka Dubai. It was the best choice ever, we never had such great experience when furnishing a new home. We ordered the furniture package called Snow Breeze on tuka's website. The customer service was polite, incredibly fast and answered all questions immediately. More than that, they were a life saver! We did not know about all the processes required in Dubai prior to moving-in such as requesting move-in permits from the building management etc. which are very unusual in the UK. Their delivery team managed the assembly in only a couple of hours making our new home ready to live in instantly. The quality of furniture is amazing and the value for money unbelievable. You guys should open in the UK where you do not get on tenth of the quality furniture you provide. Huge thanks to the team for their hard work!

I ordered from TUKA and had a terrible experience. They have the worst customer service. They do not deliver furniture packages together. They do not keep to their delivery timelines. They do not pick up their customer service line and they’re incredibly rude on WhatsApp. Stay far away from this company
