Shocking! Sent off 5 items all pristine condition, paid for the postage and was informed much later on that all
Unsuitable and they would be sending back. Don’t know what they’re game
Is but certainly not trustworthy or environmentally friendly as they state they are. I’m deleting the app. I think the pull of instant payment rather than waiting like other platforms is they’re best marketing ploy yet. However it’s a load of rubbish so please don’t use and stick with the others which are more trustworthy, even if it takes longer.

Slightly confused as we don’t order off people we sell items to the end consumer? Also we can’t find any orders on our website from you so if you’d like to give us your order number we can double check.
We also don’t have an app so I think you have the wrong company??
