Engineer was excellent explained everything clearly but I was disappointed I did not get my call telling me the engineer was on way as promised. It was just by luck that I finished work early and the engineer turned up at 4pm

I’ve had Sedgwick out before and I wasn’t happy with the guy who came out to fix the roof last year, he charged £600 to put some bitumen tape over a leaking bay window, it looked a mess and still leaked. Got a proper roofer out which cost £500 for new roof. I was a bit reluctant when I heard it was them, however the girl on the phone was great, the engineer arrived when he said and he did a great job of fixing the leaking stop tap. Great advice given and really please with service this time. Thank you

The people on the phone were very helpful and friendly as was the man who came and sorted out my wasp's nest.
The work was done quickly and I was reassured to be told that he would come back if the problem was not resolved within 48 hours.
