After telling this company I was going to the police and contacting action fraud they messged me saying what’s wrong however still no refund BANK is claiming it back through the fraud scam team under the APP act

I paid them for several jobs, always was a struggle but they did it. The last and main problem is when I paid for premium to get the dissertation done, they were late with everything and several advisers contacted me saying that I have to pay more and more to get the premium. NEVER MIND, I was assured 100% everything will be at the highest level. i got my rate for dissertation, basic rate not high we agreed as i paid for premium. they asked me for several proofs, threatened me, harassed me and never answered to my calls or messages

Worst experience failed my assignment just because of them

This scam company have been harassing me. I originally contacted them for help with an assignment, after I paid random numbers began to text me and I blocked every single one of them. The deadline reached and I began to get worried. They blocked me on the original number I texted and it was only after I contacted the authorities they tried to find a resolution. When I declined their help and said I’ll let the authorities deal with them. They began harassing me, swearing at me and every time I would block them a new number would come up.

Spoke to some hong kong sounding guy on the phone, he gave me a sense of urgency to pay him, saying dw you're money is safe because you can get credit card guarantee, I said i'm going to read the reviews before I pay you, came on here and the reviews seemed pretty bad, so informed him I'm not going to use this service and just do it myself. Since then, SEVERAL different members of their team keep spam calling me, its been 5 days since i've asked for help and I get calls about twice a day from a 0333 number and different whatsapp conversations from them. Just avoid them and get someone you know to help, like a tutor or something.

I have never written a review with more of a meaningful DO NOT USE! You first get assigned a tutor for help who you should go to for communication, this then turns into multiple people messaging you day after day. You agree a price and they constantly try to change this with some sort of excuse or another.
It came to my first failed assignment, this is where they all totally lost their interest in contacting me. I was told they would refund or amend any failed work, which they did not. They originally said they would amend the work then within a week and then after a week when i contacted them again they again asked me what it failed on lol, this is where they must of triggered and realised to totally ignored me without giving me any kind of refund. Its been well over a month and they are un contactable by email WhatsApp or call. Please do not use these cowboys

When you contact them for the first time they assign you only with one agent who supposed to deal with you about your assignments. Instead you receive many phone calls and text message from other people who work also in the company and give you different informations so you don't know who is dealing with you and with your assignment since you speak every time with a different person, and they give your contact details (number and email) to other people and companies without asking your permission!!!
They guarantee first class service with phd students that write first class assignment: I had to ask to rewrite my assignment at least three times because I was not happy with it: they have never followed my instructions but just write on the assignment what they considered important without even reading the assignment brief, not including anything that they have been asked. Desperately I arrived at the dead line of my assignment submit and I got the worst grade in my entire class of 78 people, and I am probably the only one who used a company to write it. I got a passed mark with 55% ( the minimum to pass was 55%). They promised me a refund that never happened.
I also asked them to check and proofread my CV and personal statement: they rewrite my CV completely, full of grammar mistakes and a cover letter that could have been written by a 4 years old child: pathetic! they also charged me 120£ for it and not refunded anything back since I was not happy with it, even if they say they would.
This has happened few months ago: I block their contacts on my phone but they still are able to contact me since they change numbers constantly and every week they send me a message to ask for assignments or to ask for a friend who might need their service.
Please please avoid them, they are useless !!!

I got failed on work they gave me with week delay. The worst part is that it did failed authenticity as well. NEVER work with them as they will take your money and send you fake work!!!

Don't trust them for a 'first class' work. You are better off saving the cash on caffeine pills and coffee to stay up and write your own assignments. Honestly, your friend who doesnt go for lecture can do better than this piece of work, sorry not even qualified to be called as work, it is trash. Other than that, terrible customer service, so rude especially when they are the ones receiving money from the customers. (P.s. if you are buying the assignments with your friends, they wont be consistent with their quality of work and don't worry, you won't get the same grades as your friend even though both of you bought the guarantee first class! your friend will probably get a third and you might fail it. ) Best of luck, do not buy, do your own work kids!
