Very quick response when I contacted customer services to alter an order, dealt with very easily and efficiently. Great service.

Ordered toilet roll holder which was to be delivered in 2-5 days. Two weeks later no sign and when I got in touch they said it was out of their control and they didn't know when it would be delivered. Still haven't received my refund.

Ordered a sink from here based on it being in stock with a 2-7 day delivery estimate. I first chase after 9 days, to be told that the item was coming direct from the manufacturer but they didn't know when - that doesn't sound like "in stock" to me. After chasing multiple more times because they didn't get back to me when then said they would, I eventually got the sink after 16 days. I only wish I'd read the other reviews here before ordering!

Bought a CROSSWATER Shower tray from UK bathrooms. Tray cracked after few months and chasing them for days, no resolution yet. Tray was installed by a professional plumber. Horrible experience with Crosswater and UK bathroom!

Items that were meant to be in stock were not which resulted in considerable delays. The shower was faulty upon installation, which obviously cost me more money. The team are a nightmare to deal with. They insist on videos and as the shower had to be taken down immediately due to water going everywhere, I couldn't do this and why would I want to damage my bathroom and phone taking a video of water going everywhere? They were rude to me on the phone and incredibly unhelpful. At this point, they're threatening me with additional costs for returning a faulty item, that arrived late and has caused additional problems. I have used a lot of bathroom companies and this one is by far the worst.

Told delivery in 2-5 days and they would contact me if there was a delay. No taps by 6 days. After 3 phone calls, I received email saying no taps for at least 2 weeks. They were "incredibly sorry " but that's not much use when you've lined up the plumber

Ordered £527 toilet pan but didn't get a delivery update. Saw reviews and was worried. Items weren't in stock and phone lines didn't work so I emailed them. Immediate reply and great communication from then on and goods were delivered as promised.
Excellent service.

Initially very good with fast delivery and excellent communication. Later, however, I found delivery very slow, several weeks for some items, and communication very poor. I spent ages chasing products and I ended up out of pocket having to pay to keep my builder onsite while waiting for products. I also spent ages trying to get UKBathrooms to honour a discount they had promised; they never did.

I ordered over £200 worth of bathroom fitting goods over a month ago and yet to receive the items or get an update.

Avoid them at all cost,

I ordered a shower tray and screen 2 weeks ago and they arrived at 6:45 this morning.I had a call off Robyn the day before to say the items were arriving and Matki the people who make the shower tray called me to ask if it was ok to deliver early.I had a few sleepless nights after reading the recent reviews but Robyn kept me informed about the delivery schedule and I must say I cant fault the customer service.The shower tray and screen were carried into my house by the delivery driver which was vey helpfull.

I originally placed an order for a shower tray on a Monday that had a 2-7 day lead time advertised on their website. It took them till Thursday to tell me it was out of stock. They offered a different one as an alternative which I accepted and they said it would be with me the following week.

A week later and still no shower tray so I tried calling them to sort the problem - they kept saying they would call me back but I never received a call back from them. Eventually they told me over email that the shower tray will be delivered the following week (now two weeks from placing the order).

Later that same day they emailed to say that due to 'some unforeseen issues we are now unable to supply your order' and were unable to clarify what the unforeseen issue is.

Two weeks of my life wasted chasing an item that was never going to arrive - buy from somewhere else!

Very poor product, use of non bleach cleaning product resulting in the toilet finishing being ruined. UKB raised this with the supplier, who say we shouldn't use anything other than soapy water. Not advised of this, of course. Given the amount of money spent, you would expect a better quality product and better customer service. I would advise you to go elsewhere.

Ordering was easy, great communication, kept me updated, delivery on time and driver friendly and helpful despite roadworks nearby causing problems

Do not use this company. They did not fulfil the order or provide a refund. They claim to have gone into liquidation yet are still trading under the same company name. A frustrating and unpleasant experience that delayed the project.

Unfortunately, we've had many issues with UK Bathrooms.

Firstly, there was an issue with their emailing system, so I never received an order confirmation or a receipt despite paying over £400 for a toilet.

Secondly, we paid for a toilet on their website only to find out later that it was sold out. UK Bathrooms tried to find alternatives, but for some reason, they were all from another brand and "comfort height". When we found the Vitra Integra toilet on QS Supplies requested a refund, UK Bathrooms said that we could swap the original one for the Vitra Integra. Only when I pointed out that it was £80 cheaper on the QS website did they agree to price match.

Delivery took a relatively long time and we were initially given the delivery information for another person's address and postcode.

When we opened the delivery box 16 days later, it turned out that the toilet was completely broken and unusable. When we called their customer service, we were told that we could not get a refund or a replacement since their T&Cs stated that we had to inspect the delivery within 7 days. Since I had not received a confirmation email, I was unaware of this requirement.

Overall, my experience with UK Bathroom has been very distressing and I've ended up losing quite a lot of money. Some people in their customer service's teams have been wonderful, but inflexible policies and inadequate internal systems have let the entire company down.

I have been really impressed with the faultless service I have received. I had to email regarding an order a coupe of times and have always received a propmt reply and rapid resolution to any queries. I would highly recommend UK Bathrooms and will definitely use them again as/when the need arises. Many thanks - especially to Robyn who I have been dealing with and could not have been more helpful.

Ordered a cistern, it arrived without the flush button, was told had to order it separately and it's extortionate - website doesn't state it doesn't come without and customer service states the sentence "Suitable for push button" tells you it isn't included - an absolute rip-off and no accountability

Great service despite me changing my mind after I had ordered and a good price. Delivery as promised.

Not sure how this company is still trading and yet I can't get a replacement on wrong items sent and damaged items or refund on items that have been cancelled and been asked to apply for chargeback section 75 instead :(

Fast delivery, product as described. Excellent communication and service all round.
