DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED .
After repeated attempts to contact them they have ignored my emails. I purchased 7 rolls of insulation totalling around £1500. 3 arrived ripped and soaking wet . I am stuck with them and have had to pursue the matter with credit card . I would not use this company again. They have no customer service to speak of and have actively ignored all my correspondence .

As per my last email to you pre Christmas, these rolls are discontinued and there are no more stock. I asked if you could dry them out and take a partial refund on the 3 wet rolls.
We haven't heard back from you since this time. Please check your emails.

No response regarding delivery dates
I’ll be waiting two weeks for an order to turn up, and I’ve had no response on when I can expect a delivery. I have called the number on the website for more information On numerous occasions however I have not managed to get through after a whole week of calling every single day. I have sent emails to customers support but have not received any reply. It has been really disruptive as we have been waiting on site for one item to be able to continue with other works.

I purchased three items from them. The items were unsuitable for the job I was doing, so I returned them well within the time frame and requested a refund.
Never heard back from them despite emailing and attempting to phone them several times (they don't pick up).
I referred the matter to my Credit Card company and got my money back (less postage) and I presume the bank will deal with this cowboy company directly.
Also got charged £2 on my phone bill for attempting to contact them - diabolical!

We have been closed from Christmas and have had Covid. If you email with your order refence and what you did to return them i will look into this for you.
As for the £2 on your phone bill that isn't us as we haven't been able to answer the phone as we are closed and we don't charge for telephone calls either.
Not sure this is a real company?
I ordered and received my goods but needed assistance regarding the product. I was unable to contact anyone (phone number and email unavailable) and had to return my goods for refund, 3 weeks later I haven't heard from them at all despite repeated emails. I paid by PayPal and my bank statement has a *paypal marking but I have no record on my PayPal account of the transaction so I don't think this payment method was used.
Alarm bells are ringing that this may be some sort or scam company. I will update if I get anywhere.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Website is good but they delivered 100mm trims not 50mm I ordered. Substrate and gravel bags broken during transport, so it all arrived as a big mess.
