The professionals of Uk home removals are really friendly and are experts in their job and the prices fit in the budget really well. Quality work like such is hard to find!

Darin and his team were without a doubt the most professional, efficient, friendly, and not to mention extremely good value for money (I had quotes 3 times the price previously quoted)
We moved our wonderful family of three from London to the Lake District… huge journey for the team but they were incredible from start to finish, always kept in touch throughout, feeling rest assured our whole life belongings were in the best of hands!!!! Thanks again….. Highly Recommended 😀

These guys exceeded expectations, and if you knew me, you’d know I virtually never say that.
My move was on Monday 21st June, and when my originally appointed firm failed to deliver packing boxes on the Saturday before, I feared that I’d been left in the lurch. Amazingly, I received an immediate response to an email sent at 5.30pm to UK Home Removals. They delivered my packing boxes on Sunday afternoon and showed up bang on time on Monday morning.
I booked them for the whole day, anticipating the usual problems on Completion Day, so time was on our side, but the 2 guys who did the work were careful with my stuff and worked non-stop when it came to getting things moving.
I was very pleased and would happily recommend this firm.

This was a great service despite the driver being a little late they made up for it in great customer service whilst doing the job. They were polite and very interactive. They focussed on their job throughout the duration of the booking. They did not take unnecessary breaks and I have nothing to complain about. I will be using this service again and I would recommend it to anyone 🤝

£4185 moving from Blackwater United Kingdom to Bestensee Germany. I found this company on a very short notice and nothing was too much for them. The guys were absolutely brilliant from when they entered the flat to pack. Very chatty and professional. Price was steep as seen above but deserved every penny until the goods arrived in Germany and it was disaster. Paid for the full package which includes packing, loading and offloading with extra bodies to do it. When the van turned up it was just the driver with no extra person to help. I spoke to the person I dealt with and he said there were 2 additional people going to help offload which I found shady. Driver said to my Mrs (pregnant) if she knew anyone that can help offload and then he will pay them meaning there were no additional bodies going to help. To cut long story short, extra people never arrived in which I have paid for in the package which resulted my father inlaw helping offload the stuff because I was still in the UK. Started very well and ended badly on the other side hence the 2 stars.

I just love these guys. I have used them twice and they are so incredibly helpful and courteous, and do a great job. I will use them again.

We hired UK Home Removals to pick up 115 boxes from our storage unit & deliver to our new home about 8 miles away. With two men and a truck, they were very timely, courteous and friendly; they carefully removed the boxes and packed their truck. Once at the house they were swift, tidy, and carefully placed our things where we asked them to. We would recommend them 100%. The pricing was very fair and competitive--they beat all the other quotes too.

Although I haven't had taken a service from the UK Home removal, my experience thus far was satisfactory. There were little miscommunication and lack of transparency about what has been discussed and what were agreed before paying the advance, this has caused little argument through phone and using electronic means. However, the business openly admitted this, rectified their mistake and settled my issue in a satisfactory way with in a time scale down the line and I really appreciate this.

Therefore I will consider using UK Home removal if I have a need in future.

Damaged my fridge freezer after the threat of legal action only then did they make a partial contribution for the repair of my fridge freezer.
They are not a professional removal company.

Very professional, helpful and nice guys. Went above and beyond to help us. We wanted them to do our move firstly, but then our date changed and they were already booked. We were gutted, especially as we ended up having a truly It was a complete disaster from start to finish, leaving us heaving with furniture and unable to move in our new house.
Uk Home Removals came very quickly to clear most of the stuff out again and took it in to storage for us so we could start to get straight. They then bought the stuff back at a later date. They were all very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend them enough so if you’re moving, get in quick and book them ASAP. You won’t regret it. Very competitive prices too. At definitly recomended

Came across this company on a comparison website, they were far cheaper than all other quotes that came in, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Spoke with Darin over email, he had confirmed that my quote included packing and unpacking and moving of all furniture etc. I even gave him an idea of what to expect which was mainly books (8 tall bookcases) along with all the normal stuff in a 1 bed flat. I specifically asked about packing and the reply I got said ‘yes everything is included. I decided to go for 8 hours in view of the amount of packing i knew was required.

The day we were moving arrived, two guys and a van arrived and the first thing they said was 'wow, that's a lot of books' and why hadn’t I packed anything. I explained I was told the quote included packing, they said they could do this but the packing boxes were extra, and did I have any of my own.
I rang Darin to ask about this and why he didn’t tell me the boxes were extra.

With the sheer volume of books I definitely needed a packing and removal service but unfortunately as it was so unorganised I ended up having to do a lot myself too. Also once they had finally packed all the books they tell me they have no more boxes with them and need to get more. They also kept asking what else needed to go - hello I am moving out - everything needs to go!!!

They also said they didn't have packing material for all the glasses that were in a display cabinet. In view of the time, I agreed to let them just move the cabinet and I would sort the glassware out the following day. I also had to empty and pack the kitchen myself.

I feel like I was misled with this company and with what their quote included.

The guys that helped me move were really great, and give them their due did at least ensure all the furniture was moved, but I wouldn’t recommended someone use this company at all!! It didn't help that the payment needed to be made at the end of the day either by bank transfer or cash. I had hoped to do it on debit card but none was available in the office at that time, and their boss had left to go on holiday!

UK home removal is the best company in the UK. They were very smooth and very fast. I really like the service I definitely recommend them to friends and family
