They are scammers. If there’s nothing to show on a 1:100 map, then that option shouldn’t even be available to select but they charge you and they send you just an empty square in a A4 paper.

I have used them for years and they have provided an excellent service. Customer service has been very helpful, even when it was my mistake.

First time having to apply for planning permission had no idea how to get the maps required.
Phoned up this company I was surprised that I could do it all over the phone a very helpful lady Evelyn did it all for me received the copies within a few days.Very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Don’t assume that paying more means getting better service—it certainly wasn’t the case for me! Their prices are much higher than other mapping/planning websites. The company provides support via their chat service, and while they did assist to some extent, they unexpectedly added an unwanted access road to my plan.
I repeatedly asked them to remove it over several days, but their slow response meant that by the time they finally got back to me, my 3-day adjustment window had expired. Then I received another invoice - not sure what for as Ive already paid the fee. Anyway, I wont be paying that. I think this must be a contrived way of scamming people out of more money. Just my opinion. I wouldn't use them again.

As a complete novice I had difficulty creating the map I needed for a planning application and I was disappointed that the initial call I made to the company to try and access help and support was unsuccessful.
I was contacted subsequently by Evelyn from the company and I have to say she was brilliant.
With Evelyn's knowledge and support I now have the map I needed and I thank her for her help and kindness.
To future novice users of the map making service I would recommend they take up the option to amend their map afterwards, it is well worth the few pounds it costs and it saves a lot of hassle later.
I was a total newbie and frankly I didn't know what I was doing!

Bad bad just ripped me off £40 Google Maps show more information than these rubbish ukplanningmaps never again

This was my first time of applying for planning permission, and not completely sure what maps were needed, called customer service and spoke to Evelyn, who was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. Evelyn was extremely helpful in preparing the required maps.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

They use a third party answering service called csnotepad, never seem get my message across as I have had no response! Always a mistake with the maps! Whenever I speak to the management team there they never seem to receive my messages or the order!!

In their youtube advertisement it claims "when you buy from us your map is guaranteed to be acceptable for planning". This is simply not true. I had to pay someone else to edit the map (possibly due to my councils pedanticism) as the plans were unsuitable. The application was still rejected due to scale and they wanted more money. The larger scale required was an additional £2.50 but they wanted £10.49 even though the first drawing they sold me wasn't good enough for planning, nevermind the scale.

I was bought in by their "planning maps from £9" and now I'm looking at around £45 after additional editing required. I wish i had viewed trust pilot reviews before purchasing.

The map they provided was not fit for purpose for a planning application. It did not even have the street name. The area covered was too small. Their response when I complained was that they would rectify if my planning application was rejected! I would advise not to use this company.

Bought a map which I wanted to use as part of a planning application, but when it was emailed through it was clearly neither accurate nor current, with the outline of house incorrect and our garage, built 7 years ago not even shown and I had to conclude that they do not use the latest OS map data.
