So, I saw the Ad on YouTube and decided to take a chance. Little did I know a great gentleman called Tanaka was going to lead me on the best experience ever! I was skeptical but soon as he started talking me through the process, I felt like I was at the right place. Tanaka is very patient, polite, and very encouraging. I think if it had been somebody else, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the programme. He is excellent, supportive and extremely relatable. A gem. What Platinum is doing is nothing short of amazing. Thank you Platinum. Thank you Tanaka.

The university enrollment process was a really positive experience, and I’m very grateful for the support I received throughout it. Everything was explained clearly, and the steps became much easier to complete with the right guidance. A special thank you goes to my friend Jack, who helped me every step of the way. Jack was patient, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions whenever I felt unsure. His encouragement made the entire process feel less stressful and gave me confidence while completing my enrollment. I truly appreciate the time and effort Jack put into helping me during such an important moment. Overall, the experience was smooth, organised, and enjoyable. Having Jack’s support made a huge difference, and I would recommend having someone trustworthy and helpful by your side during important university processes.

From the word go, both Mel and Mo (the lovely staff who assisted me every step of the way to applying to uni) were really supportive, friendly and helpful. They were really understanding of my career history and what led me to wanting to apply to university. Nothing was too much trouble, and they have helped me build my confidence to take this next step.

Plus, when I was given the news of an unconditional offer, the whole team gathered to congratulate me which is just lovely! Give this pair a pay rise!

Hannah made me feel welcome from the very beginning and gave me the confidence to apply to university without judging my circumstances.
Nicoleta was incredibly organised and always pointed me in the right direction whenever I needed help.
Younis was calm, approachable and made the Student Finance process so much less stressful, always being there to answer any questions I had.

Everyone was patient, supportive and genuinely wanted to help. Even when I had to complete my application a second time due to setbacks, they were absolutely brilliant.

I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to go back to university, and even more grateful that I had their support along the way :)

From start to finish platinum services were fantastic! It was Jon’s engaging tiktoks that helped me realise one evening on a doomscroll that I could in fact go back to school to finish my studies at 31 and it wasn’t too late for me to pivot and follow my career dreams.
Jack was brilliant throughout my process, he provided so much support was always on hand to help, a friendly presence to discuss my options with, he was highly informative about my course and learning plans, patient, attentive and thorough in ensuring the process was as smooth as possible for me. Special shout out to Anum too for her additional support in helping me finalise everything and ensure all details were accurate. The whole team are very attentive, friendly, informative, skilled and well versed in their roles and I had a very supportive and pleasant experience in helping me go back to university as a mature student. 5 stars would recommend!!!
