Ordered bathing aid with long delays
I placed an order for a bathing aid which was on offer on the UKS website only to find out over two weeks after placing the order that it wasn't even despatched by their supplier!
To add further delay there is an added weeks delay by their supplier?
So no delivery any time soon?

We apologies for the delay in receiving your item. We have been doing our very best to get this product sent out to you as urgently as possible.
Your order was received on 17th May and processed shortly after. However, we did not receive an update from the manufacturer until 21st May advising that there would be a one-week lead time on this item. As soon as we were informed, we contacted you to apologies for the delay and to provide an update.
UKS Mobility then chased the manufacturer again to see whether the item could be dispatched any sooner than the estimated lead time. Unfortunately, we were later advised that there had been a further delay with the shipment of this item. We contacted you again to apologies and keep you informed.
Unfortunately, this delay is out of our hands, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get your item sent out as soon as possible.
