Do not place an order with this company unless you want to kiss goodbye to your money. I pre-ordered a set of dumbells on 22 April for delivery at end of May. Nothing has arrived, it’s now early July and the company has stopped replying to my emails after some initial excuses about logistics delays. You cannot get through to them on the phone either. I want a full refund. Lots of other reviewers have had similar problems. UKSF should not be taking money for orders they cannot fulfil. Disgraceful.

Pre-ordered dumbbells for 28th May. Received an e-mail a few weeks later from the dispatcher to say it was coming at a certain date, which it did not. I waited a week, only to see on the tracker that there was an error. Contacted the dispatcher to be told they couldn't find a physical trace. E-mailed several e-mail addresses at UK Supreme Fitness, did not receive an e-mail with 72 hours as promised, and was then told that I should have received an e-mail from the Operations Manager (which I checked, I did not) saying there was an issue with a supplier, and a refund would be issued. The refund was issued, although later than I would have expected. The issue with the supplier, the communication, the long wait - extremely poor.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I preorder my kettlebell. I waited for two months. I emailed them I got reply after a week that they lost my order. Then I asked them to refund my money one week already no replies from them it’s a joke not a company customer service is not existant.

Package ordered in March for an end of May pre-order. May came and went, no news so I emailed. Was told to expect delivery in the next week. Since then no delivery and no correspondence. For a £500 package the service has been terrible, I don't expect to be chasing after them.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Been waiting for over a month for order and have been assured every week that it would definitely be there the following week, so, the following week arrives and.. No order, call them again, fed the same garbage still no show. This has been going on for a month! Order was for an 18th birthday present! We have received NO correspondence from them explaining why, we have done ALL the phoning to see where our order is. Have once again been assured for next week, however if no show next week trading standards will be informed as this is deceit.!! Not good enough! If they were honest enough from the outset and said there would very likely be delays, fair enough, but they haven't, they just keep saying the same nonsense. Very disappointing service.

I ordered a 15kg bar during the April pre-order period. The guys called me up and advised it was out of stock but a 20kg bar was available at a better price. I took them up on the offer and although there was a slight delay caused by supply chain issues, the team were able to get the bar dispatched quickly and it arrived only 2 days after dispatch. Very impressed with the service, the quality is also excellent and was worth the wait. I found the guys I spoke to on the phone to be genuinely great people, very helpful and happy to give you a clear update on the status of the order. I’m surprised no one else has completed a review but I am proud to be the first as these guys deserve the 5 stars for their efforts during COVID19. Will order from them again for sure.
