Please reconsider purchasing from this company

Please reconsider purchasing from this company. We purchased a twin xl bed from them in the spring and have had issues with the mattress sagging and the top part of the bed not staying on the bed even though it's up against a wall you have to push the mattress back onto the bed. There is no customer service. I spoke with a woman yesterday who promised that I would have a return call by 3pm. There was no return call. July 21st was the start of the following attempts to contact this company, 26 calls to the sales person the service number and the main number at least 15 voicemails left, 6 emails, and 3 attempts to use the contact page on their website, not one word back! This is beyond ridiculous. I have added photos of 1 phone number I have tried, this does not include the other numbers or the emails.

10 years ago this January

10 years ago this January, I went to the home show in Calgary and purchased a Niagara bed and Christian Meunier was the sales rep I dealt with. He was very helpful and was able to make me understand how beneficial this bed would be for me a health care worker for my legs as I am constantly on my feet. Growing up my grandma has the Niagara massaging chair (ugly orange fabric), the chair back massager, and not but least the Niagara hand massager with attachable knee piece. So we can say that their products hold up 30+ years later.

Great customer service

Christian from service went out of his way to help us and solved our problem. We bought the adjustable bed 5 years ago and misplaced our manual. He found a copy and we were able to get the remote and the bed communicating with each other again. Thank you!

Best investment we made in a decade!

Best investment we made in the past decade! My wife and I bought a Niagara bed at a home show in Ottawa in 2022. We both work at a desk all day, and we have a lot of discomfort at the end of every day. We both had troubles sleeping and decided to purchase the split-king bed and treat ourselves. It feels sooo good on my back and my neck when elevating the back and the legs, and helps release the daily stress with the massage that comes with it! My wife loves to elevate her legs to activate her blood circulation, in the morning she says that she feels much more energized than before when we were sleeping on a flat bed. Great purchase, worth every penny! I recommend it to anyone, even if it's just to watch TV or do some reading in bed... just so comfortable!

SO HAPPY WITH THIS AMAZING CHAIR

One month ago I ordered my second Ultrasage Chair as the first one was worn out. This was not a surprise as I use this chair to sleep on every night, so it got a LOT of use. I called the Ultrassage by Niagara Sales department and spoke to Christian. He was most helpful, offered to send me material swatches which I didn't need, and by the end of the call I had ordered a new chair. Today, 1 month later, I received my purchase. All the people I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. I went out of my way to order the same chair that I had used for over a decade because I have never found any other chair that was as wonderful as this one. There are a number of massage types and combinations which are easy to select. I am, once again, very happy with my purchase.

Best mattress in the market

We bought our bed on July from Mr. Meunier. The delivery was right on time, friendly delivery people and great options for the bead sheets.

Once we got the bed our sleeping improved a lot, pain in the legs became something from the past due to the incredible massage tool. The mattress is better than any of the ones competitors we tried. I definitely recommend this bed.

I bought the bed from the 2019 Toronto…

I bought the bed from the 2019 Toronto Home Show. The salesman was Bruce Bebuck. The customer service before the purchase was good but after my friend and I each bought a bed, it went downhill from there. The delivery people left gouges on my friend's walls while delivering her bed. They broke a precious flower bone china (part of 3 pc set) in my house during delivery. Of course I was upset and they were upset too but didn't even apologize. They took $50 off the balance. They said it was not their fault, very unprofessional. When I called Bruce to let him know what was happening, the delivery person angrily and rudely interrupted me to say why do I have to call the salesperson when he already deducted $50 off my bill. Before the purchase Bruce told me the delivery people will setup the bed and explain how everything including the remote control works. The 2 delivery people were ready to leave after setting up the bed as they were angry. Had I not asked how the remote works, they wouldn't have explained anything. Bruce said he notified Head Office and I will get a call next morning. No one called me. Then he said he notified the delivery service company and someone will call me next day. No calls. I haven't heard from anyone including Bruce. Be careful of this company. It was hard to find their website when I googled them and very little information. The frame they use is Leggett & Platt but they don't divulge this information. I believe the only thing that is theirs is the mattress and they use the frame from another manufacturer which is Leggett & Platt as that is where the warranty card is sent, not to Ultrassage. They market it as theirs. After service is extremely poor. As consumers are well aware, after service is more important than before the purchase itself. I hope nothing happens to this $4000 bed purchase because if anything happens to it, I don't know what kind of service I will get from them.

Best bed we have ever had!!

We purchased our Split Queen Ultrassage bed in August of 2018 at the CNE in August 2018. It was delivered in September on time and set up by two very nice and helpful gentlemen from Montreal who also offered to take away our old bed. We were also able to purchase the special sized mattress pad covers and fitted sheets required to fit this unique configuration for less than offered on line by other retailers.
We have waited this long to post a review because we, quite simply, cannot believe how amazing this bed is.
Not only is it comfortable but it is so functional and much easier than a non split bed to make!
We would highly recommend this bed and this organization to anyone who has trouble sleeping or who has health challenges (my wife had surgery and this bed allowed her feet to be raised yet still sleep comfortably -- which she has always had difficulty with).

We purchased a untrassage bed for…

We purchased a untrassage bed for $10,070 dollars at a home show in March of 2014. We placed a deposit of $5000 dollars at that time and authorized another $5070 dollars upon delivery. During our drive home we decided that the bed was too much money. We looked at the receipt and no where on the reciept did it say that you could not cancel the order. The next morning I called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel. My husband and I both tried to deal with a man from Quebec (sorry can't remember his name) and after several calls and some quite rude conversations we were told that we could stop the second payment but would lose our deposit of $5000. Given that option we decided to continure with the purchase. After four months the mattress to the bed had two large divots where our bodies lay. My husband and I are not large people and could not therefore understand the compaction of the mattress. We called the company who then replaced the mattresses and in another few months the same pockets /divots happened. We decided to purchase a mattress from a retail store that has delivered as advertised. As this king size bed was two twin mattress components I gave one mattress to my daughter for her 7 year old daughter. We flipped the mattress over and after only a few months she also had a large divot in the mattress that caused her to role into that hole on a nightly basis. We are still within the 10 year warranty period on the mattress (pro rated) and decided to let this major mistake just end.
I am writing a review both about the poor quality of this product and the treatment we recieved from the company. Hopefully this will allow would be purchasers to be concerned about purchasing from Ultrassage Niagara. This was a costly mistake that we originally thought might be worth it if we got a good nights sleep. It did not deliver as promised by their literature and their sales person. In fact it created more sleepless nights. This company has been in business a long time and I certainly wonder why. If I happen to another home show and see the booth I would certainly discourage buyers given our experience. It has been four years since our purchase and this bed is still causing us sleepless nights even though we know longer sleep on it. We are not wealthy people so $10,000 was a huge investment. A painful lesson in buyer beware.
