Although my daughter's school only allows uniform purchases online, we were able to visit the Temple North store in London to try everything on for size. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
In particular, I had a complicated return, and the sales assistant working on the Sunday was good humoured, professional, and determined to help. She stayed with the issue from start to finish until it was fully resolved. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive experience.

I have been shopping from online and instore at stanmore and consistently received great service and super fast delivery. The instore team take initiative to help. Great team and company.

A simple and straight forward experience accompanied by very friendly staff. My child had to try on quite a few school items and staff were very helpful and patient.

We went to the Enfield Branch. We were served by Reena who is a fantastic person with plenty of knowledge in these items. Other than that all the staff were very helpful.

It’s disaster to buy online or go to Stanmore pullen shop. Very unprofessional , always out of stock, delivery when you buy online is 3-4 weeks , if you rushing them, if you don’t call they are not bother to let you know is delay. Email is start always , sorry for delay your order…. And some excuse . If you can avoid this shop . I am still waiting for my simple order £ 250 from 14/08

I order trousers for my daughter 23/11/23 it’s 30/12/23 and got email they hope my items will be with me soon. You paying for delivery£5.99 and you don’t get your items in months??? First of all the quality is disaster ( kids rip it easily) and second I can’t order somewhere else cos is school policy , but if you can avoid Stanmore pullen cos they are unreliable , extremely slow and don’t care about customers .They just HOPE

I have been using Uniform 4 Kids since 2018 and they have always been patient, helpful and understanding. Not a small requirement when your dealing with children's school uniform and sibling patience!

My last experience was on a Sunday circa 12:30 when Zara helped up with my daughter (new starter at school) and son, outgrown last year's clothes.

She was patient meticulous and understanding to the stresses and mayhem of juggling the two whilst getting the clothes.

Although the process took longer then I would have liked, we got what we needed, and some trainers for the boy.

Funnily enough the session reminded me of the previous time/ year when Noorina helped us whilst the store was packed to the rafters but we got what we wanted.

Positive Takeaways
Service is good, and staff are patient
Tills are efficient and owners are highly knowledgable
Range is extensive and has things that are reasonably priced that are not necessarily for school but useful to the children (water bottles, stationary, trainers, bags, rucksacks, etc.)

What can be worked on
The store experience takes a long time. I don't know if that is something that can be made more efficient, but I think that it might be worth looking into. As I don't like bringing a problem with out a possible solution my suggestion would be possibly having people dedicated to getting stuff.

Nicole served me on the 26th August. Very good service and she attended to the needs for my daughter going backwards and forwards to find the correct size.
Very polite.

Uniform4kids in Northwood they really helpful and I was able to buy my sons uniform with ease especially with with a really nice sale girl Vix very professional and friendly. Thanks for such a easy and helpful experience.

This shop runs like a well oiled machine. All the staff are knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful.

This company have the worst drivers ever! They crushed my car in the street without taking the fault. It is unbelievable how they can deliver the products with that kind of drivers , most when what they sell is is for kids! No professional!!!

I visited the Enfield shop for the second time since my last visit in September 2022. I had the same good experience, floor staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and give you helpful suggestions regarding sizes and are not shy to say, "I am not sure, let me check the school manual". I enjoyed the good customer service right to the till and even though my bank balance was not healthy when I left the store, I had a smile on my face because of the right treatment.

I ordered uniform on line
Some had too be embroidered and apparently when it arrived from that service it had a mark! So it was returned! I ordered uniform in October I still haven’t received it and nobody is interested when I call and nobody has called me!
Lack of communication, care and general customer service is why I give just 1 star! It is a niche business, it doesn’t mean you can be slack!

We waited in a crowded queue for my son. But we were taken in very quickly. We entered the shop in about 10 minutes. A very sincere and kind employee inside helped us. And She helped us a lot. we are very grateful to him. My son and I left the shop very happy.
