The product I purchased came with no nut to secure the plastic packer/grave marker to the pole. Anyone could come by and lift the marker easily from the pole. When I called customer service, the representative follow up with the company - that was how the product was sent to me - one pole and the grave marker and no nut was and will be included. No instructions included. Thanks for an incredible bad product with no security of keep the marker on the pole.

We typically replace our flag annually just to keep it looking fresh and bright. This year, our 4 by 6 foot flag was getting a bit tattered due to wind, rain, polution etc and we wanted to get one that didn't touch the large bush that was sitting below it. we went on your site and saw the 2.5 foot by 4 foot flag. We took the 4x6' down and on our living room laid it out and used painter's tape to see what the 2.5x4 ' flag would look like and found it was acceptable. We ordered it, no fuss or issues and it arrived days later and looks great. Thank you for offerring these flags in this size as we looked all over locally and couldn't find any in stock. I'm a veteran and have had a flag up since we purchased our first home many many years ago.

I ordered a flag pole and wanted to return because it felt like it was cheaply made and any type of wind would bend it. I read some reviews later that had this very problem
I called to this company to see if they would do return and told them why. They said fine and issued me a free return and said put everything in original box.

This is where the problem started. The pole wasn't meant to be disconnected and wouldn't fit in original box because it was shipped into two pieces. I did figure out how to disconnect it, however, all these micobearings went flying out as soon as it separated. Now its damaged. I reached out to them about the damage and a week later they returned my call after Passover week was over. I paid approx $24 flagpole and $8.99 s/h. They were going to credit me $24 and charge me a $12 handle fee upon receiving item which I thought was a price gowdge. After I told lady the situation she said I probably wouldn't receive any refund because its broke. She said she'd give me a 15 % discount on next purchase. Bottom line: There won't be another purchase and I thought their attitude toward my issue made it so I wouldn't return the item. Extremely disappointed in this company. Also never can get hold of customer agent. Always have to leave mshmg. Unfortunately I got a pile of junk and they made $32.99. Oh ya there were no instructions with this pole design and there should be along with warning once put together it's not meant to be disconnected. Bad Experience overall👎👎

The threads on the light fixture are too big and I need to return it.

When I originally bought a 13'ft flagpole I felt the shipping was excessive...they wouldn't budge on the fee. Said they couldn't guarantee the size of shipment & truck needed. It literally came in pieces in a SMALL box. NOW one of the flag brackets broke, they no longer sell that size pole & are like "oh well" on the phone or misinformation on chat. THIS IS A 13'FT POLE CEMEMTED IN THE GROUND...NOW WHAT??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered the 3x5 poly spun US flags back in October of 2024. I just now replaced the first one, so that makes 16 months of being up 24-7. Colorado weather usually takes a flag out in less than a year. This flag was somewhat faded but not one rip. Amazing product built in the USA.

It took time to arrange my order, then you tried to substitute the American made flag I wanted for cheap china nockoffs. because you were out of American made ones... you wasted my time, and tried to rip me off at the same time, shame on you!

terrible outfit. Delayed shipping to the point I cancelled. Later they said I couldn't cancel because it had shipped. But 2 days later I received email stating I could get tracking number once it shipped. But real problem is they flood my email with dozens of ads per day. Warn people.

I found the flags to be marginal in quality, and the customer service even worse. A simple swap of one flag for the correct one took almost 2 months. Depite repeated requests to “unsubscribe”, my requests are ignored. There seem to be at least 5 duplicate emails, every other day, and it hasn’t stopped since my first purchase, which was in September. It’s now mid -December and l don’t need or want any more flags. I also bought a flag pole light, dopey me, which to say is inadequate would be an understatement. Pushed up almost 1/2 way up the pole and the flags are STILL in the dark. Again…, no help from customer service. I regret EVER going to their site or buying anything from them!!
