More proof of delivery required!
With 94% of the ratings being 1 star it has to be up there as THE worst company, let alone delivery service, in Ireland. Like many on here, it's reported on the website as my package was delivered "via mailbox". With the house number, street name and eircode provided I am not sure how they get this wrong.
Checked with neighbors and surrounding area with no sign of package.
With so many reported on here as either "attempted to deliver" or "delivered" and no sign of UPS or the package, you'd wonder where these packages are actually ending up. Maybe a photo as proof of delivery should be required by all drivers (same as they do with Amazon), so you can tell if it was your house and that it was delivered.

Appalling company. I rescheduled a delivery for a day I was available, to which they agreed. Then no communication. Website didn't show out for delivery. I had to go through layers of automated responses to speak to a human. I got a foreign call centre and a very polite assistant that quite simply couldn't tell me anything more than the utterly useless website.
I will actively avoid this company at all cost. I suggest you do the same.
Very dissapointing
How does this company survive on the market is beyond me,.From parcels missing, not delivering the parcels, parcels handed over to the wrong person and hours wasted trying to get your package either on the phone with customers service or having to collect it yourself from a depot. I cannot believe such a company operates in this day and age. It is my first bad review about a company in hopes they'll either make some changes for the better or companies will stop using them. Extremely frustrating and time wasting :/

My package was in their warehouse for over 2 weeks, phoned Customer Service numerous times to try and understand what was holding it up, got no help whatsoever, just passed from one customer service agent to another and was eventually put through to customer service UK!
Unthrustworthy
Lying. Twice reported about unsuccessful delivery attempts. No notification before or infonotice after, no call or message from a driver, and there was no way they had been twice in my location without letting me know. And after I changed delivery address to the access point - they announced a delivery delay. The customer service - once you reach out to them - is actually helpful, but delivery process itself is shockingly bad.

I despair every single time a company uses UPS to deliver to Ireland. Absolute disaster. Packages always late, or say delivered when actually not and never get delivered. Most definitely the worst courier service operating in Ireland by a mile. Customer service is also non existent. Yes you can call them but don’t expect any new information. I’ve began many claim escalations with them only to never hear back. My advice is to avoid any website that use UPS to ship to Ireland. Look for DHL instead. They are top drawer

Metto una stella solo perché lo zero non è previsto. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho una spedizione di merce alimentare ferma e in giro dal 24 marzo.
Siamo a dieci giorni di ritardo su prodotti deperibili. La cosa più grave sono le continue rassicurazioni ricevute dal call center, rivelatesi totalmente non veritiere e senza risoluzione volte solo a prendere tempo.

Very rude and badly spoken cursing and in general bad manners ,thats typical for ups driver then came back and started apologies because he was busy.

Without fail, UPS have demonstrated their laziness by not even bothering to try and deliver parcels I specifically asked to be delivered to my flat, just dumped them at a drop off point.
The worst service ever
The worst service ever. Packages are never delivered on time despite the very high charges. My parcel was supposed to be delivered last week, and there is still no confirmed delivery date.
What makes matters worse is that there is no way to contact customer service. The phone number provided by the AI does not work.
Once again UPS failed to deliver
Once again UPS failed to deliver, citing the usual 'issue' with the address details provided. No other delivery service has any issue finding me, and I had provided as usual my correct eircode and phone number. After hugely frustrating dealings with UPS appalling 'customer service' my parcel is now supposed to be delivered today. I'm not purchasing goods from suppliers who use UPS anymore, they are impossible to deal with and completely unreliable.

Very poor service
Very poor service. The tracking initially showed that my parcel would be delivered on Friday. However, it was missorted and sent back to Dublin instead of being delivered. It was then sent to Galway on Monday.
I received a notification saying the parcel would be delivered on Monday, but somehow it was missorted again and sent back to Dublin that same night.
When I contacted customer service, the agent I spoke to was unable to provide any real assistance or explanation.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service
Expensive goods just dumped outside my front door
I received notification from UPS to say that I was due to receive packages from Germany on Thurs, 26 Feb, between 11:00-13:00. As I work in the City during that time-frame, I rang UPS Customer Service (agreeing to have the call recorded) to look for a change in delivery time. I was told that they were unable to do anything about it but that if the courier arrived and I was not there, he would leave and return tomorrow. However, I arrived back to find the two huge packages/boxes dumped outside my front door: packages that were supposed to be signed-for, but were not; that contained VERY expensive kit; that were exposed to rain and that could very well have been taken. UPS have only ONE JOB TO DO - and they have demonstrated a complete failure in carrying out this job.

3 weeks waiting on my item to them constantly changing delivery days saying they attempted to get to the property but there was security gates no such thing arranged for it to be after my work hours ringing me at 11 am when in work then to say their on their way when im not home at a time for after work was arranged then putting me in saying I requested for it to be collected by myself no such thing the customer service team are a joke never dealt with such an unprofessional company in all my life!!
Horrendous service
Told my package would be delivered 2 weeks ago and still not arrived. Numerous emails were sent and was given assurance that someone would contact me with an update hence still no contact. Something needs to be done about this company as they cannot provide the service they are paid to do.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. This is a deeply dishonest company. We have Ring camera footage proving that no delivery was attempted on either occasion, despite being told it was. The driver did not ring the bell or call, and after reviewing the footage it is clear that no UPS driver came to the house at all.
It is nearly impossible to speak to a real agent. The system feels designed to wear you down until you give up, and when you finally reach someone, they offer no real resolution and simply repeat that the issue is being “escalated.” This has been frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time and money.
