Thanks!!

The glassware is beautiful and it was all packed safely and securely for the trip from UK to USA. Pro level work!

The item was described accurately, delivered safely and on time.

Have made a couple of orders of cocktail glasses from Urban Bar. Both arrived incredibly quickly from the UK to Colorado USA! Although packing was great, one order did arrive with a broken glass. I contacted customer service and the item was reshipped, no questions asked. The glasses are high quality and beautiful. The website images accurately represent the products. I enjoy my home cocktails in these glasses nightly!

We have ordered a bunch of supplies for a home bar we built, great products, quick shipping.

My husband was absolutely delighted by these couple glasses. The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

Order shipped quickly and neatly packaged. Equipment was clean. Love the order. Thank you!

Ordering was easy. My items were delivered within the expected timeframe provided and the products are top-of-the-line, which is what I was expecting from Urban Bar. I am pleased and I will order again.

The urban bar team was super helpful and so pleasant over the phone. Thank you for the beautiful glasses. Can’t wait to place another order!

The glassware I ordered was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They gave the glasses a rave review for style and quality.

I appreciated the speedy delivery service; Urban Bar had the package delivered in time even though I was late in ordering.

I will be ordering more glasses!

Bought these for my mom for Christmas and she loves them! Beautiful glassware, just like Nick and Nora used.

I purchased cocktail glasses for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She was thrilled with them. The online purchase was quick and easy. The only reason for the 4 star review was that I thought the shipping cost was high.

Got some speakeasy style glasses. They are gorgeous and I couldn't find anything remotely this nice anywhere. When they arrived I was even happier; the premium pricing and the shipping are worth it. Plus, I like that I can order 1-2 more if I have breakage. Overall, highly recommend.

I ordered these glasses for my wife as a Christmas gift. A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. Not only are the glasses gorgeous, my wife happy, but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!
