Ordered 9000w solar street lamp as advertised. Tried to contact them to find out if order had been dispatched with no luck. No response to any emails.
After several weeks the incorrect order arrived, a small solar light for a fraction of the cost. Checked on Takealot, can purchase 4 of these small lights for half the price I paid.
Sent email thereafter to query order received with no response.
Please be aware, this company are scammers

Yes I have ordered the glasses and paid for them on the 25th of March2026 it now the 9th of April 2026 and I am still waiting for my order, this company doesn't give you any updates or any notification on where your order is this is why I think this company is a scam all they do is take your money from pensioners and run as you don't get your order, they are very unreliable, when I buy from TEMU at least I get my tracking number and it is very easy to follow, you go in and you get to track them to where your order is and they also let you know on WhatsApp and the day you get your order, so this is the first time and the last time I will ever buy from URB & GEAR ever again as on there buying site there is no following updates on there site, useless company that I have ever have bought from, by the time I get anything from them I will most probably be dead as there is no communication from the time you have brought anything from them.

This company is to supply their clients a email that the clients can easily contact them after they've ordered their products, write now since i order the reading classes from them.Now i want to do the follow up but i can't get hold of them
