My biggest complaint was with their billing. A call center filled with people, most who barely speak or understand English tried to bill me for thousands of dollars. I tried calling, but was repeatedly disconnected sometimes over and over in the same day. I turned to my insurance company and they told me that the same thing happened to them. I contacted the BBB in Baltimore and in Illinois. I thought the problem had finally been settled when I got a call from them about a year later saying I still owed them $1200. After more time on the phone trying to get it settled I was told that I could disregard the bill, that it was an error and I owed nothing. Wouldn't you know 3 more years have gone by and I got a phone call last week telling me that I still owed them $41.48. Today an actual bill came from a collection agency. I should have written this review 3 or 4 years ago when i was going thru this horrible experience. Hearing from a collection agency was the last straw!
I would never recommend USA Vein Clinics! I went to the clinic in Baltimore and I will say that the doctor and staff treated me in a very mannerly way, but they couldn't make up for the poor treatment from their billing department.

If i could give negative reviews I would. Can't speak to the doctor as i left before i saw him. I was there for the first time. First impression looked liked it had not been swept, dusted or mopped for weeks. Was escorted to a room and told to change. The exam table had no paper on itmy first thought was that the roll had run out. Asked for paper and was told none of there tables ever have paper. I asked how they thought that was ok. Was told patients usually not always sit in chair. I looked in 2 rooms which didn't have closed doors and saw 2 patients on the table. Disgusting and total unhygenic

The office is very well run and the Doctor did an excellent and professional job on my varicose veins. The procedure was painless.

The staff, plus the doctor was very thorough.

Dr Ball is a great listener, took his time with me and is a very caring doctor. I really appreciate that about him.

I'm very pleased with the care and professionalism of Dr. Malcynski, Leticia, Jacky, Adriana, Jennifer & Yailian.

I have no regrets and I'm glad I chose this specific location.

Whoever has issues with their veins etc, to come in and get a diagnosis.

If you are having vein issues I highly recommend usa vein clinic. The Mooresville office is a great facility. Sabrina and her team are awesome.

Good service experience

The care I received was wonderful, everyone from office personnel to tech and the Doctor were very welcoming and explaining everything to me.

Amazing experience. The staff is so helpful and kind, they accommodated my requested scheduling time. The location was pristine and in highly clean condition. The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly informative. I highly recommend USA Vein Clinics.

Absolutely horrible to deal with - a scam!

They claim that their procedure is covered by your insurance. Get you in for the preliminary work and expenses, and then tell you that you are not covered. This is a scam.
