He wasn't just trying to sell us a product, he was helping us figure out the best provider that will add more value to our current lifestyle. Excellent service on the phone, signing up for the selected insurance policy was no problem and very uncomplicated. Haven’t had to submit any claims yet soooo can’t comment on that but so far no concerns otherwise.
