I was recommended the health insurance cover I required. It is known it was one of the top two insurance covers.

Following me making an inquiry, I received a call the next morning from Ewan Stone. He explained everything very clearly asking all the relevant questions. Sent me the information so I could read all the paperwork in my own time. He answered the questions when He rang me back at the appointed time. If all the customer service officers I have to deal with since my arrival in UK were as efficient as Ewan, I would have no worries, but I can assure you a lot of CSO's are certainly not up to his standard.

The lady that I spoke to was very polite and extremely helpful.

I have a complex pre existing condition and he found me the perfect policy and spoke to me at length about coverage and what the full details of the policy were. Michael spoke to me with courtesy and in an objective manner. He listened carefully to my concerns about my then private insurance and provided me with an alternative scheme which suited my needs.

Needed to review our private medical after a hike in price by BUPA. Randomly contacted usaycompare. Spoke with Steve. He was very knowledgeable and totally honest with the advice he gave. Managed to save almost £1,200 per year with same cover and protected moratorium by switching to AVIVA.
