I would never order from anyone else! Fantastic pricing, service, quality.
I cannot express how professional this company is. Lana got back to me with proofs sometimes within minutes. The product is sturdy, and everything was done to perfection. The delivery time was unheard of. I had a big concert and they made sure that they were in my hands a couple days. Their turnaround time is unheard of. Their pricing is also not to be rival by anyone else. I would never go anywhere else from now on.

Above & Beyond My Expectations!
I'm a first grade teacher, and take a lot of pictures of my students. For the past few years, I have been giving my students a USB with all of their pictures from the year. This year, I decided to look into personalized flash drives, and came across USB Memory Direct. I was a little nervous trying a company I hadn't heard of before, but did a bit of research, and read customer reviews, and thought, "it doesn't hurt to look into it." Boy am I glad I did! I submitted a quick sample, and the next day Gina contacted me, and helped me look at different options, while working in my "teacher price range." She was marvelously kind, competent, and a lot of fun to work with. I submitted my order, and am thrilled with the results! The flash drives arrived in a very timely manner, and exceeded my expectations. They were professionally made, securely packaged, work beautifully, and I can't wait to give them to my students!
If anybody is unsure about using USB Memory Direct for their custom USB orders, I encourage you to give them a try. (And cross your fingers that Gina is your helper, though I'm sure everybody is just as fantastic as she is!) You'll be glad you did. I will surely be back!
