Smooth Process and Great Products
The USB Memory rep was patient and helpful as I submitted my design and chose a thumb drive style. The order arrived within a few days and everything was great. I've been using them to deliver photos to my clients.

They are very efficient and the product is great. However, I was notified of a "rush" charge at a moment where I couldn't say no because of my timing. This was not quoted to me the day before.

The delivery date was not met and I was not contacted that it would not be met until I reached out then I found out the individual was out of the office and the temp replacement never contacted me until I started the ball rolling
